I have made numerous phone calls ( left msgs as phone is never answered). Price is very attractive but beginning to believe “you get what you pay for”. C’mon lseat prove me wrong.

Communication was slow but overall had a great experience. They made exactly what I asked for & the quality is excellent. If you don't mind being patient, you'll be very happy.

Total scam!!!! Total liar!!! Stay away from this con-artist. His phone never gets answered. Emails to him never get returned. Total fraud.

Crooks After waiting 2 months and several attempts from them apparently, they sent me swatch sample. I made my choice only for them to get back to me claiming they had already delivered my seat covers. I have received no seat covers. Worse customer service ever and I feel there is no one responsible there to deal with issues. Very bad communication and no one seems to care what email contents have been exchanged either. They took my money and disappeared. Crooks

The worst customer service I've ever encounter. Over promised under delivered in a big way. Had fitment issues, was told I would have replacement products in a week. I am over a month and half into my first contact and only 1 replacement part was sent over a month late. Still waiting on the others. Not worried about product after the sale or service. They will never get another dime of my money. I will pay more and give it to someone that cares about my business and the product they sell. I am going to have to pay an upholster double what I paid for these covers so they don't look terrible. Big mistake with this purchase.

Ordered silver grey covers for my bmw. They Sent dim Grey covers (darker). So They want me To pay for the shipping back (from Italy To Texas). Their error, They should pay. Bad customer service.

Sent my old seats to them in December. They used them for pattern and made new ones. I got the new ones back around the first of April. They’re really nice. Good fit. No flaws in the leather. They always answered my emails promptly. Good experience. Good product. Good price.

I ordered replacement seat covers for a Jaguar XJS convertible and couldn't be happier with the final product! The quality of the leather and workmanship is top notch. The standard colors even ended up matching the OEM colors of my interior perfectly. Initially the seats came in with the wrong color piping, but the owner took the covers back and made new ones. It took some time, after all these are made to order. With the quality I received in the end, it was absolutely worth the time considering how inexpensive they were! This is my second purchase. I bought replacement seat covers for a Honda Pilot as well, and after two years, the seats still look and feel brand new!
