Lseat.comReviews of lseat.com

My expectations were completely blown away at the short amount of time it took to make & ship my new all leather seat covers to me!! I showed them to my brother (a Tailor) & to the Upholsterer & both said they covers were top notch! The Upholsterer had them done in 3 days & said they were very easy to install! Thank you Lseat.com & I would highly recommend your company!

Excellent experience. All communication has been handled over email. very responsive and always within a day even on weekends. got exactly what i expected and the end result is perfect and the leather is very very good quality. Also ordered middle row replacements for which they did not have templates. Hoping for the same result.

I had to pick at least 1 star as I did not have the option to pick no stars. whoever is planting all of the very overrated comments must have a share in the ownership. there is NO communication. There is NO follow-up. there is nothing after you've spent the money. If you consider good communication to be waiting days and weeks for a one-word response to a serious issue then ok - but realistically....NOT. We ordered seat covers for a SAAB 9-3. It looks good but the headrests in the set are a different design than what we have. I have been trying to get some leather and silver thread from these guys since August to no avail. I have been told it has shipped - waited a month for the item - still no item - i petitioned them again. They email a tracker on Nov 18th. Today, the package status is "label created" on the 18th...and FedEx says the package has yet to be picked up. The tracker was the only content in the email - no hello, sorry, goodbye, nothing but a tracking number in the email. I tried calling them and have only ever been routed to google call service. this is what I have always gotten since AUGUST. So if those people that are posting supreme exaltation for Lseat correspondence and customer service, well, they must have been dreaming about it, but its doubtful that is what they got.

Ordered stock seat covers with 2 custom requests that were done fairly quickly and look great. Would recommend them , just be aware all contact is online( you can ask questions and include pictures to show changes or details.) added additional leather order to match and piping ( classic Jaguar xke)

Order was totally wrong. Ordered white leather with blue trim. They sent all white. All the packaging said the right vehicle but once it was being installed they sent the convertible not the regular 84 Cadillac el Dorado when trying to return they came up with nothing i wasted 600 dollars do not buy from them.

My sons and I restore old Land Cruisers and recently ordered from Lseat.com. We are extremely pleased with the quality, fit and finish of the product. This work is worth the wait. If you want something off the shelf, delivered tomorrow, I would encourage you to shop elsewhere. I have owned a custom design business before and this type of quality at this price is a rare find. I am very pleased and am about to place another order. Thank you Lseat for taking pride in your work.

Stay away......total fraud. They are planting the good reviews. Please stay away....hopefully they will go out of business. John

I did order twice. They are custom made to my order so i expected a two month wait. I received my items within that time frame and I am 100% satisfied. I highly recommend if you have the time to wait! Quality, quality quality.
