Replacement my 1965 tbird seats. product was excellent..30 day turnaround to be expected. Fine craftsmenship. Leather was fresh. stitching was done to my expectations. I replaced the covers my self with no experience. Fit and finish was on point. Customer service thru email was great. Going to do my next car this way. Price was very reasonable.

Ive ordered 5 sets of leathers from these guys. 2 of which were full customs. The "Production" items you see on their site they have the patterns for - those ship in a couple weeks..... If you do not see the pattern on their site, this means its a "custom" order. you must ship them your OEM apolstery to have a template made.... I have done this twice - Yes this does take much longer then " production" pieces.....HOWEVER - you do not pay for them until they are complete and ready to ship, AND LSEAT gives you 50% off...... obviously worth the wait over their competition. all n all, leathers fit great, installing these leathers is doable by "anybody" who understands how to take things apart and put them back the way or close to the way you found it. arm rests and head rests are difficult, however you WANT them to be super tight, in order to get the fit to look good, it will be hard to get on! I promise! All n all this is a trusted source for high quality real cowhide, I am always impressed that whomever answeres the emails gets back to me within 24 hrs and never get generic answers - always a personalized answer Wish there was a photo section to post up my installs, they really do nice work - SO MUCH MORE AFORDABLE then the other options and its not a giant coorperate business youre supporting ( I dont think anyway ) Smaller businesses are what we all should stick to!

So far good communication. They responded on a Sunday afternoon. I'm sending my 2002 Golf GTI seats in as they don't have patterns yet. My buddy had his 2003 Mercedes CLK done and they look factory. Will follow up when the new skins arrive.

Good customer interaction, Product arrived sooner than I expected for custom seat covers. The quality looks excellent. Covers are made exactly as I ordered. Very happy with Lseat.com. I highly recommend ordering from them. Remember, custom doesn't happen overnight.

Lseat delivered exactly what they promised; excellent quality and on-time delivery, even with postal delays caused by Houston flooding. I found the workmanship to be first-rate. The leather is high-quality, the stitching is straight, and the covers fit my 1998 Lexus 470 tightly. I only did the front seats, but they look so good that I'm ordering the back seats too!

Worst customer see service EVER. My wife ordered me seat covers as a gift for a cadillac cts. This company sent me the wrong seat covers and now going on 4 months will not return a email. 100 percent there fault. We ordered the correct seat cover and they sent the wrong one. We saved the original email and it proves it. Looks like they just had something on the shelf and sent it out. Do not use this company a total fraud. I would have paid double to not deal with this unprofessional company

I am happy with the end result. L-Seat website shows they have the patterns for my 2004 Ford Excursion with three rows of seating. Front and back rows came in fine and fit perfectly. The second row 60-40 seats were made wrong and wouldn't fit. I filed a dispute through Visa and also contacted L-Seat by email. L-Seat immediately responded by asking for my old seat covers to be mailed to them in Texas. I received the correct covers three weeks later. So overall I am happy but disappointed that L-Seat never answers the phone and that the correct seat cover patterns were not used the first time.
