I have a problem with an order and I cant get a hold of anyone. Phone number goes to automated and hangs up. Email has been 1 week no response. Not recommending them just for poor communication. They were great company 5 years ago something going wrong with company. NO GOOD NOT HAPPY

First it took six months to get my order. Then the covers were the wrong color. When I finally got my covers, they were too short on the sides to staple on the tack strips. They are basically worthless. You cannot call and speak to anyone. Every communication is done by email and they are very slow to respond. I do not recommend them

Lseat has arguably the worst customer service I have ever experienced. For my first purchase, I made a correct order for Bisque seats for mercedes 560sl. Unfortunately I received a wrong color. Customer service told me they could reimburse me for it but not for the delivery… even though it was a mistake on their part. I decided to try again because everyone can make a mistake, but for the second time on the same order they sent me seats that were made in worse quality, missing star pattern on the seats that was advertised on the photo and again in the wrong color… To resolve the situation, customer service did absolutely nothing. Waited over a week to respond and blaming me for ordering the wrong color, even after I sent them a comparison of the seats they sent me to the color sample… I am really disappointed as I thought a company from Texas would have better reputation. Especially when it comes to customer service. For anyone thinking about getting anything from Lseats, i would advise to completely avoid.

The standard order is not all leather as the website would lead you to believe. Only the central panel is leather. The sides and backs are vinyl. I was quite disappointed when the product arrived. The all leather option is an upgrade that isn’t automatically promoted at purchase.

I bought the correct covers, I received the incorrect one. They say because it is marked wrong on their website. However, no refund. Very unprofessional. Due to their mistake, I am not out USD 500.

Horrible product. Have had for 2 years on a car that sits in a garage most of the time, gets taken out on weekends and the seats are peeling, even on the seats no one sits on! I have emailed multiple times they A) don’t respond half the time, B) want me to pay for new ones & C) don’t even have a phone # to speak to someone! $1000 for leather seats, you are better off going to a local shop and spending more to get better quality material! Dont waste your time.

The Recaro IS LS seatcovers from Lseat are a fitment nightmare! There is just not enough material especially at the top of the seat back (sitting area) just below where the headrests go. It's about two inches (2") short. I had to really heat up the leather just to get it to stretch enough to attach it. My fear is it's so tight it's probably going to tear out with use! Overall everything is either way too tight or oversized (which the seat bottom side bolsters were) and I had to add more filler foam. Mind you, the original foam on the seats was in good shape. The upper part of the seat was the toughest to get to fit. I know you have to heat and stretch for fitment but I had to heat the leather to the point where it was truly hot to the touch and stretch it to the point where I thought the seams would give out, and "pinch wrinkles" formed which I can not get out! Whatever "forms or patterns" you are using are off, or the sewing is off. Would not recommend this company. I sent them pics of all the issues and side by side comparisons between old and new. All I received back was "sorry to hear that". Don't get suckered by the low price, it's not worth the headache!
