Hi, Sorry the recommendations missed the mark on sensitivity, that's frustrating when you're specifically trying to avoid irritation. One thing worth checking: sensitivity level can be set under your profile settings, and once it's set there, the app factors it into how it scores and suggests products going forward. If it wasn't switched on, that would explain why the picks didn't feel right for your skin.
