Still working with the program. I wish the program provided guidance on how to use the products I already have into the regimen.

I downloaded Lóvi to help me find Korean skincare products for aging skin. I just turned 40 this year and I wanted to start a skincare regimen to keep me looking like I’m still in my late 20’s early 30’s. (lol) I downloaded the app and purchased the 3 month option to keep track of my process. Lóvi helped with recommending different products to help with my journey. The app lists different products, where to purchase them from, gives you a rating of how the product is going to work for you. The app also alerts you of when it’s time to do your skincare ritual. I say give it a try. It’s a BIG help when you don’t know where to start.:)

This is a great App! If you want to bring your facial skin care on the next level, I highly recommend! If you have personal questions, staff will reply to you quickly and competently. 👍🏻

I am beyond satisfied with this app. I was lost finding the proper products that suit my skin needs. I am 57 and most of the skin care I was using wasn’t effective so Lovi helped me find the right products and answers all my questions .

Tbh, it feels a bit dishonest to be changing for an app with such massive bugs. For instance, I asked the AI to come up with a routine using the products I had on my shelf that I had scanned using the app. The AI can't see that part of the app. Pictures and files can't be shared via the AI chat. The list of products can't be copied and pasted either - even though a button to copy pops up, it can't be selected. I had to use google lens on the screenshots that I couldn't share to the AI to copy and paste the text into the chat. Now the AI has completely forgotten we did that and keeps referring back to the original plan. The AI has also said it has done things for me that it hasn't. Namely adding products to my wishlist and setting reminders for various weekly treatments. The main selling point is being able to do the scans (either face or products) whenever you want but it is not mentioned that this costs extra. To me, it should be included in the basic price. Also, when I asked the AI if the type of cleanser used in my daily routine videos could be changed, it said absolutely! But that hasn't changed either. The app also freezes often and the only option is to close and open it again. I do enjoy the parts that work and the science based advice, but I am very disapponted that the whole experience isn't what it should be. It's great for choosing the correct products for your skin and the tutorials are really helpful, but the AI chat is super forgetful and not connected to all parts of the app - it does give good, science based advice though with references. The app itself can be very glitchy - the scanner won't always open, if it identifies the wrong product you can't always correct it. Also, it's disapponting that the main thing I got it for - scanning any product to test it's suitablilty for my skin- apparently costs extra and "unlimited scans" are not included in the basic price. I also didn't realise when I began the process that it was an app with a substantial subscription fee

This app is an excellent guide for those brand new to their skincare journey. The user interface is very intuitive, and each future serves a real purpose. I find the app most useful for incentivizing the maintenance of my skincare routine through the to do lists and skin scanning features. I look forward to seeing the changes in my skin as I build streaks. As someone who has a slow journey of fading acne scares and hyperpigmentation, the skin scanner and periodic selfies to show improvement are a seriously appealing feature. I also use it to recommend personalized products as my skincare routine matures. This app even helps sort through the hyped up K-beauty products and focus on what I need for my skin and want to avoid for the sake of the environment, which is pretty awesome. Finally, the support team is amazing! I had a little issue with my subscription, and I got effective help in a timely fashion. I was able to communicate with a person, Diane, who responded kindly and promptly. I originally had considered no longer using the app, but after my amazing experience with customer service, I’m redownloading today!
