My husband and I were excited to make a purchase because of their cool designs, but we ended up having a very bad experience. My advice, DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY! It’s been 5 months, and no answer, no shipping and no refund. THEY ARE A FRAUD!!

already nine months of waiting! each weeks same lies from customer service, 'your order will be ready next week" but it never happens. now i try to get back my money with the help of my bank! if you try to write a bad comment about them in social media, they will block you. you cant find their legal name or address anywhere! THEY ARE SCAM!

I got my products in less than a week after I ordered. I am very happy with the service and communication! Also, the quality seems pretty good so far. I typically rock Rapha gear and like I said, I’m pleased with the quality. I hope people give this company a chance! I’ll be buying again soon.

On 28 april 2020 I ordered a jersey and a bib. I must admit, after I had read all the comments on bad or no delivery I was very skeptical. Today on 15 July 2020 I received my shipment. It took 11 weeks. Love The Pain is very clear on their website about the time for delivery: 9 to 12 weeks. In my case they kept their promise quite well. And my emails, asking about the progress on delivery were all answered within one day. So, no fraud at all!

Since more than 6 months i am waiting for my order >400$. Customer service keeps telling me the same excuses that they have problems because of covid. In the same time i get newsletters from them where they announce new products! I totally lost trust and i try to get back my money.

Received nothing! NO answer to my emails! When I tried to reach LOVE THE PAIN via Instagram, they blocked me. Never buy there!! There is also no imprint, they do not offer PayPal - a scam page! LOVE THE PAIN - a joke! they CAUSE FINANCIAL PAIN! To their Customers.
