My experience so far with this company has been perfect. I went to the chat tonight and was able to chat with someone right away. All of my questions & concerns were answered and talked through. I’m looking forward to getting my Tri Suit as they are able to print & ship to me right away! UPDATE! My order was shipped & delivered Fast as promised! The design and quality of the suit is PERFECT! I am so happy! I will be shopping again very soon!

Great marketing, very poor customer experience. I ordered a kit in November 2020 and I'm still waiting for the delivery. I contacted them via email, mailbox on their website and Instagram but all I get is excuses and vague promises. I will never buy from them anymore.

Hello Willem, Do you have an order number for us to help you?
Nice L.
The best Tri Suit I've ever had. I Like it. And my mates love it. Worth to wait.

Command passer en 2019 jamais rien reçu malgré plusieurs relances avec des adresse mail différent ... A fuir absolument . Je ne comprends pas comment la société peut exister encore

Seriously. I ordered 2 running hats and 2 T-shirts and it literally took one year for them to fill the order. Trying to reach a person through their customer service is impossible. Out of the half-dozen emails I sent to their customer service account I got two canned responses, neither of which were in any way helpful. Finding a phone number is nearly impossible, and when I did I reached a voicemail account and my voicemail message was never returned.

We are sorry you feel this way. We make everything to order. Hats and tshirts are very quick. If you are a real customer you have plenty of methods to contact us. We do not have a phone number so we don't know where you left a message. We deal with 20 countries so at this time we are not able to take phone calls. If you sent emails that were unanswered we apologize however we suggest you check your junk or spam folders. Although we cannot verify you on here it appears your order was placed during the long lockdown here in Los Angeles. We have experienced over 3 shut downs during this crazy time. It is unfortunate that you would want to provide such a review when you are well aware of the current worldwide situation affecting everyone. We hope you contact us through our online chat so we can discuss with you. thank you.

Love the product but it takes too much time to receive the product...way too long.

Almost 1 year waiting for the products. Never receive it. Never give me the choice of a refund. I won't recommend this brand.

4+ months wait to send 2 jerseys. Everytime you would ask about the jerseys they would be ready to be sent in a week but they were never sent(first excuse was that no zippers were available, then covid, then covid, then they were already in production(that lasted 3 plus months). After finally receiving them, both jerseys were ordered the same size yet one fits ok the other is so small it can’t be worn. Never ordering from these people again and I will recommend against it to everyone I know.
