I received my new Stealth run shirt and have put in two good runs in this south Texas humid heat. Shirt material is amazing for this heat. Cut is comfortable and spot on for both easy runs and hard efforts. Looking forward to more color options!

Never received the things I ordered 2 years ago. They would answer my emails and say “it’ll ship next week” and I ordered the items May 2020. They eventually stopped responding. Horrible return/exchange policy. Horrible customer service. I will never order anything from them again.

Customer service is terrible. It’s actually non existent. Orders are over a year late or more and you can’t get ahold of anyone. And they delete other peoples similar complaints on social media. Company is a joke.

This customer was a crook and tried a fake credit card chargeback after receiving items timely. We won the chargeback and they are under investigation.

Last I bought something from Love the Pain I ordered a jersey and a bib, after one year of been sending mails and trying to talk to someone I just give up. Then one day I just received only the jersey. Yeah, the quality and designs are good but not their customer services. How can I make a good review of something I pay and never received!

Gustavo, Seems as though this review has an agenda behind it. We really don't understand. Lets put some facts out there.. besides the fact you state "quality and designs are good." You have ordered 6 times and received all orders. Why a 1 star review???

We are sorry you feel this way. It seems as though you were told to write this. This is in no way a real review of anything. Some countries were closed for 6 months not allowing mail in. Most people in the world let alone in Texas are aware of what's been going on, including the delays, shut downs, supply chain disruptions and more. We understand the frustrations caused by the prime covid-19 shut downs, we share them with you. We are in no way to blame and either is our service. We make by hand items in Los Angeles. Between the shut downs, supply issues, and postal losses many items have been lost, delayed, or misplaced. We are working hard to find, fix, and even redo at our expense such items. Our shipping partners have also credited us many shipments which they had lost or mismanaged. We hope you will reach out to us and work your frustration out and then update this review. Thank you!

very very slow production and delivery of ordered items =(( i am still waiting for a part of two orders from October and November of last year, nobody can tell me any information about orders - are goods produced or shipped, if not, when will they be maked

Due to the current world situation combining shut downs, supply chain issues, and shipper mishandlings there have been a variety of reasons why things are taking time, and or lost. Did not receive product, only review. Contacted support, did not receive a reply. Update: Sequence: 1 placed order. 2 Placed a second order. 3 receive email saying order was being made. 4 email saying order was on it's way. 5 One week later order not shipped. 6 inquired with support. No answer. 7 email to review my order. Reviewed- not good don't have a product or response from support. True at time of review request. 1 week later receive one of two. 1 hr after receipt Mr Small America Business jumps to action - writes whiny response to this review. Still no response from support. No update on 2nd item. No refunds -Mr Whiny Small Business happy but customer not.

It is interesting that you would write something like this. Our lead times are 4-6 weeks not including covid-19 delays and yet you ordered from us on Aug. 9th and received your items 3 weeks later August 30, 2021 at 4:35 pm in Virginia. What would make you write a false, unsubstantiated, bad review about a small USA company who beat its estimated timeline to you? We hope you would do the right thing and update this review properly to support small American Businesses working hard during a very tough time.
