Dealing with this company was not for me. Their designs and products are, in my option, the best out there. The clothing and gear are awesome, unique and fashionable. I placed an order and waited 5 months to get it. Their customer service could use improving. When I reached out to ask about my order they frequently never answered and when they did, I received what seems like an automated response and they never answered my question. Dealing with them was often frustrating and I didn’t know if I was ever going to get my products. I was offered a free product for filling out a review and the hat never came. When I reached out to ask about it they send me a gift certificate for the hat, so I purchased the hat and paid shipping on a hat i was promised free. The hat took 6 weeks to ship. It took me almost a year to get the items I purchased from them and there were times I felt they responded rudely to my questions (when they did respond).

Review my item? I haven’t received anything. It looks like this company makes cool stuff but I’m starting to think it’s all a scam. Customer service is terrible. When they do respond, they are not helpful. I would be very cautious ordering anything from this company.

ordered a kit on black Friday 2020 and only half of it arrived. Have emailed them multiple times only to be told "its in production" on "its being shipped this week" This place is a scam.

It took over a year to receive my item and that was after multiple emails and instant messages. I am still missing several other items ordered before and after the item I received.

Really great deals and items. The turnaround time for some items is 4-6 weeks or longer. The deals are great to. I purchased a couple of items on Blackfriday. Received 1 item within the week. Still waiting on the other item.
