I recently ordered a bottle of Justin Wine from LoveScotch and was really impressed with everything. The price was surprisingly better than anywhere else I looked, and the shipping was incredibly fast. Everything arrived safely and well packed. Overall great experience!

Experience was great. Customer service was refreshing and easy to talk to. Great product as well, will order again.

Shipping was prompt, and the bottle arrived well-packaged and in perfect condition. It’s evident that LoveScotch.com takes great care in ensuring their products reach customers safely. Overall, my experience was top-notch, and I will definitely be returning for future purchases, currently sipping on my Nikka Coffey Malt Japanese Whisky .Highly recommend!

What a selection, great scotch and bourbon options. First order took extra couple of days but it arrive within their advertised delivery time. Second order was a lot faster than my first order. Prices are average but selection are great. I highly recommend LoveScotch.com

Ordered a bottle of Macallan 15 year Double Oak and Glenfiddich 14. Everything arrived nicely packed and in good shape. I missed the first delivery attempt but luckily worked with there customer service team to make sure I was there for the next attempt by Fedex.

I ordered something an paid a super expensive shipping fee for it to arrive way before our engagement party. And this was a big thing that my fiancé wanted. I wanted to surprise him.! Anyways long story short it never arrived at the time I wanted. Even after paying the heavy expensive fee. So I sent it back with ups without opening it when it did get here. I sent it back since June 8th! It is now July 6 about to be a whole month that this issue still hasn’t been resolved. I keep emailing them since they received it which was since the 8th of June that I sent it back, they received the package on jun 16th. Since then I been emailing them and they haven’t responded to any of my emails about issuing me a refund. I have contacted them so many times. One time one of them answered and said that the shipment hasn’t arrive at their warehouse yet! Even after I sent him the ups tracking information proof! Until now they still haven’t answered me or issued me a refund! I’m super pissed! Don’t use these scammers they are fraudulent! Not a good business!

If I could give 0 or negative I would have given negative, I have ordered something for $280 but have not received a thing and it’s been one month. Every time I call I get next date. It’s fraud website, tone of complaints everywhere on internet

I’ve ordered from LoveScotch a few times now, and honestly, they’ve been great every single time. The selection is insane, they carry bottles I can’t find locally, including some rare ones I’d been hunting for forever. Shipping is fast, and everything always arrives well-packed and in perfect shape. You can tell they actually care about getting it to you safely, which I really appreciate. My latest order showed up today with two free nosing glasses that I was not expecting.
