My dog jumped on the couch and got DIRT on it. I washed the cover in cold water and air dried it as instructed and the stain is still there. They refuse to replace the covers or give me a different set of covers. This is despite the sales people telling me -- "No problem, just Shout wipes and washing covers and dirt will come right out." Also told me this after I explained I wanted something that was pet friendly. The only reason I bought this expensive sofa was because they assured me I could wash the covers and any dirt will come out. THIS SOFA IS NOT PET FRIENDLY. THE STAINS WILL NOT COME OUT. So you are left with a filthy couch that costs an arm and a leg. To buy different covers is about $2K for my sectional. Find another brand -- they lie to you and won't make it right.

The Quality of the product is top notch

Spent well over $10,000 on this crap. I bought three different colors of slipcovers so I could have some Decorating diversity They started shipping two months ago. I unpacked and started putting together only to find out I didn’t have a complete set of coverings. Like I said, two months ago I bought this junk and I still don’t have a complete set of coverings. This craps been sitting in my living room all this time, needless to it looks horrible with partial coverings. They can’t tell me when I’ll get the balance of what I ordered. It’s a poorly managed company and I do not recommend them.

What went wrong? Pretty much everything. I went to the showroom and spoke at length to customer service to make sure that I was ordering the right fill level, and that this was returnable. I have had other types of items that are shrunken foam and the return process can be problematic. Further, I am disabled so I make sure to get all the details and bring up any issues because I know what I can and can not do. First , my items did not arrive within the original and quite long estimate of 4-8 weeks. Many phone calls, texts and chats and I kept getting conflicting and inaccurate information. Finally after 4 weeks I got another estimate of another 4-8 weeks. At this point I canceled the entire order. I was told I would get a refund for the entire amount of the order. Then the cover showed up and no refund showed up. They would not refund the 300$ cover because they said it was custom. I re-order the other items and another charge showed up but no refund. Several more emails and texts and phone calls were required to not get double charged. When I finally got the sack it is completely flat. They want me to re-shrink it and say that the return options I was originally offered are only for some products and in some locations. This is a ridiculous amount of money for a bean bag chair anyway, but I was willing to try it because they did seem comfortable int he show room. That is clearly a lie. In addition to being a scam and uncomfortable it is super heavy. Also the straps on the chair are not tight as in the showroom and pretty much touch the floor.

Internet husband and I spent 4K on our sectional and we are aoooo disappointed with it. We have only had it 5 months it already slouches it’s very uncomfortable and if you sit in it long enough your bum aches. We have tried several ways to resection it in order to put our feet up on the ottomans but you end up sliding towards the front and end up with a lower back ache. We took a gamble with the 60 day warranty but felt we needed to give it a clear amount of time and after just 5 month and 4K later we are so dissatisfied buyer beware!!

Ok so my bad review has nothing to do with the customer of the sales reps in the store. I just want to throw that out there! If I could give zero stars I would!!! I'm not even 30 yet and I have TERRIBLE and PAINFUL back problems due to our sectional. Not only that but stiff neck with hip and shoulder pain! You cannot sit on this damn expensive couch for more than 10 min before you start feeling the need to get up due to how extremely uncomfortable this sectional is. THE BIGGEST MISTAKE OF MY LIFE spending $4k on a 4 piece sofa chaise configuration. My boyfriend has been in the furniture industry for 14 years for a well known furniture store and I have for 8 years now. We were better off buying a sectional at either one of our jobs with an employee discount vs this piece of crap. Don't get me wrong the whole concept is amazing and it's what initially sold me on the product. Once you've had it for a while to finally break it in comfort is nonexistent!! Ive barely had it for maybe 6 months. I mean it's ridiculous how flat the cushions go down as soon as you sit down. No back support either! When you try to lay down your hips start to take a toll due to the pressure being put on them due to no support. Now if you sit where there is a crack you go straight down and hit the wooden frame! Your buy a seating area for comfort to want to sit down and spend time in it especially at the price they market their product you expect more. My boyfriend and I have a $4k sectional that we hardly sit on and rather sit on my two year old play pads that cost us just $150 at Costco. Those are farrrrr more supportive and comfortable than the sectional. PLEASE PLEASE save yourself the money and get something better! At that price I could have got a high end designer sofa at my job at Mathis home.

In my life buying Lovesac rates as the second worst purchase I made , next to my waterbed. Considering I could have had an expensive RH sofa for that money stings me always. The essence of the matter is it’s the most uncomfortable sofa I ever sat. I am not blaming anyone. I failed to do my due diligence and got caught up in the convenience aspect!!!

I recently seen Love Sac at a roadshow. I asked a gentleman working the road show about the angled cup holder. He said the ones that he had there were for display but the store had some marked down 60%. I googled them and I found that they were $45.50. He was kind enough to call the store for me and ask them to hold two of them and that I would come in and purchase them at the Rochester hills Michigan location. When I got there and tried to purchase them they were $67 marked down 60%, so out the door would have been $27. I didn't realize that they were floor models and that they were scratched and I told one of the girls working at the counter that I had found them online for $45.50. And I showed her my Google search on my phone. She said can I take your phone into the back room and show my manager he's on an conference call. I explained to her no she couldn't take my phone into a different room that she could Google it herself and show him on her phone. Before he came out I tried to purchase this scratch and dent 60% off cup holder I was informed I had to give them my name My address My phone number and my email to create a profile. I couldn't just purchase the cup holder. I told them I didn't want to create a profile I just wanted to purchase the cup holder. Well Mike the manager came out from his conference call and said I don't know what the problem is here You're already getting this cup holder at a markdown price of 60% off. I tried to explain the problem was I shouldn't have to give my name my address my phone number and my email just to purchase a cup holder I didn't know that that was a membership type of business. Mike inform me that I had to create a profile I said I'm not giving you my personal information . I said when you go to JCPenney's when you go to Kroger when you go to meijer's you don't have to give all that personal information. He said if you want to use your rewards card you do. He said they needed all that information for tax purposes. I explained to him no you don't. Needless to say I went home without my overpriced scratch and dent 60% off cup holder. The manager Mike at the Rochester hills Michigan location has probably the worst customer service I have ever dealt with in my life
