Poor customer service. Will do anything possible to not fix faulty products or return them. Trys hard to not replace ahitty made covers and acts like they are doing amazing things when they do. Do not buy this product or support this company.

I am literally in the process of looking for a new sectional and love sack was on my list… Not anymore after seeing what that CEO did!

I was going to buy a love sac until I saw that it comes unassembled and the CEO? Was mocking the complaints. Seems like someone has a tiny fragile ego. Think I'll pass and get a different brand. Terrible PR. Do better.

The CEO just gives child rapist vibes. F that guy

Overpriced for mid quality. The company save costs by getting the customer to assemble EVERYTHING! It's also not very comfortable. I am now reviewing because of the AWFUL social media response the company put out to a customers experience. Buy elsewhere this company is a sac of . . . .

Spent $14k on a Lovesac with Upgraded Audio and Custom Fabrics. Fabric Quality = Acceptable, but "you can wash it and it hold up to stains" is standard these days. Audio System = Good, yeah it's cool the subwoofer is in the seat, but you can get better audio AND get it installed your walls for cheaper. Ease of Use / Installion = Absolutely F'n TERRIBLE. We've two lovesac installs and I will never do another. 7 hours the first time (with two people so it was 14 hours of labor), and 4 hours the next (two people again, so 8 hours of labor). If the sales guys at the sales office had told me I would have a part time job putting together THEIR products, I would never have purchased.

I am genuinely pissed off about this purchase. I have two enormous LoveSac beanbags that I’m trying to put into storage, so I specifically bought LoveSac’s $65 vacuum storage bag because I assumed that, for THAT price and from the company that actually makes the damn furniture, this would be a quality product designed specifically for the job. Nope. It’s literally just an overpriced bag. There’s not even a proper vacuum port/insert where I can hook up my shop vac. And the absolute best part? After spending all that time getting the air out, THE DAMN BAG LETS THE AIR RIGHT BACK IN. So what exactly did I pay $65 for? A giant plastic bag that does the same shitty job as something I could have bought on Amazon for a fraction of the price? LoveSac, you are charging premium prices for premium furniture. Fine. But charging $65 for a vacuum bag that doesn’t even effectively stay vacuum sealed is absolutely ridiculous. I expected better from a company whose entire business is literally built around oversized furniture and storage solutions. Instead, I feel like I got completely ripped off. Do yourself a favor and save your $65. Buy a vacuum storage bag somewhere else. At least then you’ll only be pissed off about the bag and not pissed off about getting ripped off by LoveSac, too. $65. For. A. Bag. Advertised that you can use a household vacuum... had to get a 170$ shop vac Unbelievable

Couch is extremely uncomfortable and it's not easy to put together or to kive the pieces around especially if you have surround sound. The covers are always shifting and have to adjusted so the seems line up correctly. The comfort is terrible in which no one wants to sit on it. It is very expensive and not worth the money! Don't buy!
