I wish I had found this course 10 years ago! I have had so many "ahhh' moments and learnt so much about myself. I have been doing the course solo but it has still helped my relationship in so many ways. It has been life changing.

I was super sceptical as I have learnt only one relatively generic thing on a webonar. Joined as the courses offer 60 days money back. Or something like that. And it was totally worth it. I knew alreay a lot before. But this brought me to a new level.

I find the communication skills (reflective) very helpful in all aspects, whether in a romantic or professional relationships. My husband, who is not participating in the program, even mentioned that he can tell a difference in how I have started to communicate, which has made him feel safe to open up about his insecurities. Highly recommend this program!

The "Love at First Fight" experience has taught me to forgive, to mirror, to acknowledge, to empathize. Immediately I noticed how this resulted in a much happier wife. She probably felt love and the amagdala in her repilian portion of the brain was in the parasympathetic mode rather than fight or flight mode. Thank you for sharing your experience an education.

My husband and I have made leap and bounds in our communication and have also rekindled a love that we thought was long gone since we started this program. I am feeling much better and soothing myself when a trigger activates the hurt and betrayal and anger. I forgive but doubt I can ever forget. The past is the past and I'm committed to moving forward.
