Me and my husband have been married for 13 years, we have struggled a lot with communication issues, Financial issues, family in law issues, cultural issues. When the kids arrived to our life our disagreements and conflicts became more and more common, we separated to give us a break for few weeks until we decided to give another chance to our marriage and family which is the most important thing in life for us. We found the conflict cure as a tool since we tried already couples therapy. Ever since we started this course I can only say I wish I could have done this on our first year of marriage ! Super impressed with the quality of this program. My husband and I were hanging on by a thread, and were about to separate when we decided to try The Conflict Cure first. After just 3 weeks we realized our disconnection was mostly about our insecure attachment styles (that we learned from childhood) getting spooked, as opposed to any real trespasses between us. We still have a ton of work to do but Bruce's content and structure skillfully guides us through the sludge to have the hard conversations that we need to. Our relationship went from pit vipers on the attack to cuddling kittens that can't get enough sweetness from each other. We are playful and yes we still have conflicts but instead of argument bombs, we co-manage and diffuse conflict. We are transforming many of our clashes before they erupt.
