This course is teaching my wife and I the most wonderful, practical skills that have helped us both understand how to take care of ourselves and each other and future proof our love. I'm an old fashioned man brought up tuff. When I show Emotions and empathy I always end up being hurt, well retreating into my shell for self protection. Married for over 40 years. To make any relationship work you have to look into the mirror and be honest with yourself. Things I blame wife for I now know to be of my own making for her and my unmet needs. If an old fossil like me can see glimpses of the light then there's hope for you all. After trying several relationship programmes this is the only one I have connected with.
