Ordered items after reviewing return policy/exchange policy. Had an issue with one of my items as had a defect. Attempted to exchange and was told I could pay for the shipping. Refused additional cost and decided to return the entire order for a refund. Multiple emails back and forth as they send multiple offers for partial refund situations. Had to dispute with my credit card in the end.

I was blocked from their page for sharing my experience. If that doesn’t tell you everything you need to know I don’t know what will. I had an Awful experience. I was really excited but there was zero customer support over missing items, the jewlry that did show up is cheaply made and I reached out asking for an update on missing items and got nothing in return. They said “oh it was out of stock but we are sending it” but then didn’t help with the other missing items. I would avoid if I were you

First off! The jewelry took too long to come, they ship from China. Second, They will not send you a return address until you answer all of their questions which are seen every two to three days because communication is through email only. You will spend more if you are not satisfied with your jewelry. They will make you pay for shipping on returns. They offered me a half off price for the jewelry because I did not want to pay the price for shipping. No real refund. As for the jewelry, not a fan of the dark yellow dirty look of some of the pieces and the earrings are heavy and latches are too long. The jewelry looks "Fake". I was forced to keep it and I'm out of 40 dollars with jewelry I hate. Do not buy from them. There are better companies with better quality, realistic pieces with full refund policies that will send you a shipping label for returns. I do not recommend this company.

Took about 3 weeks to arrive and then caused an allergic reaction. In less than 60 days I reported because I had not worn the jewelry for more than a month and I had an itchy rash on both arms. I was offered a replacement but I would have to pay shipping. No refund, not even a partial. As I am reacting to the metal, I didn't want more. Not great service.

I have pieces I really love that I’ve purchased from Love Aero. I have purchased 20+ items over the last three months. When they’ve arrived, I’ve been impressed with the shine, the weight, and the apparent sturdiness of the items. I’d rate them a 4/5 for quality items and a 5/5 for value for the money. On the downside, the domestic address was misleading because it made me expect the items would arrive quicker than they have. Each order I’ve placed takes 3-4 weeks to arrive, and all of them have come from China. I don’t have a problem with international orders. I just wish they were more upfront about the process. I’d rate them a 2/10 for delivery timeliness. Additionally, out of 20+ items I dearly love, there are three I had trouble with and I’ve been coordinating with customer support for nearly one month with no replacement/exchange yet. Customer service should definitely flush out a more efficient process for responding to customer complaints/concerns. I’d rate them a 1/10 for customer service. One month to resolve a complaint is too long. Overall, the quality of the majority of the items is awesome, and the value for the money is also very good. Out of 4 categories I rated, they average 3/5 rating.

Everything was absolutely beautiful! I can swim in the pool and ocean, being in central Florida I sweat a lot and wear a lot of lotions and perfumes as well. This jewelry holds up! Thank you so much! *** Update! I am currently waiting on my 2nd bundle and they take no more than 2 weeks to arrive. I am absolutely obsessed! I have veryyy sensitive skin as well. Just wonderful product and great quality. Not cheap at all and this is coming from someone who is super picky and super bouji. Xoxo
