Ordered my vape on April 30
Ordered my vape on April 30, 2024 waited and waited reached out finally got a response on May 6, 2024 saying what I ordered was out of stock but I received no emails, no text or phone call, chose a different product and asked that I be notified when the vape I originally ordered was back in stock so I can order and today is may 7 and my order still has a preshipment label and still Setting in Miami, I have ordered before and never had these issues I don’t understand the issues now

The website is a little wonky with…
The website is a little wonky with trying to delete items from your cart it’s very hard to see your cart items bc the free gift blocks the order information

Placed order on 12th April
Placed order on 12th April. They say 1 to 3 days shipping. Today is 15th April and package still hasnt been shipped out. They provided a tracking # for Sendle but that says awaiting package to be dropped off. tried reaching out to support via whatsapp, instagram and email still no response. See people are having the same issue with them as well. Absolutely horrible experience thus far with them. If anything changes, will be sure to update my review. Update: 26th April 2024 After some back and forth messaging them over whatsapp, i was finally able to get my packages. Though it seems they're telling everyone the same excuses, like copy paste . Upgrading my review from 1 star to 3 star just because i was able to get my stuff. Customer service is ass, they might as well just tell you the delivery time is 2 weeks instead of having customers on an unnecessary run around.

We ordered 3 vapes from this company & they have not delivered. At first, they were communicating with me & saying we still owed money. Once I gave them the correct order information I haven't heard a word from them. DON'T ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM!!

Everything is reasonably priced
Everything is reasonably priced, and they are quick to offer you a discount. And the shipping price is free after 50 bucks. I have found a couple other vape places online but the shipping is higher to offset the prices. So I would say overall these guys are doing pretty good. The only one thing that I would say that if you tell somebody shipping is going to happen within 1 to 3 days you should probably make sure that happens. Mine was scheduled out for at least 6 days. But hopefully it gets here sooner 🙂
