Do not give your money to this unethical company. I purchased a ring and according to the seller it was delivered and I never got it ! I asked for proof of delivery and sure enough it was taken by a random driver to a random location. I contacted the seller many times including images of my house and neighborhood (which looks nothing like the picture they sent me) They have refused to give me my money back and according to them "open an investigation" if the result of the investigation God knows how long it will take! they will refund 20% of my money. They basically took my money and don't care if the delivery service THEY CHOSE makes a mistake.

I was very happy when I placed this order but it was a nightmare trying to to get it as the delivery people where unreliable and hopeless They don’t speak English and I didn’t get my parcel till two weeks later I don’t know if I will buy from them again as I don’t want to go the the same thing Very unreliable

Beware! I was unaware of the USD pricing until after sale was finalized. When I received my ring it was too big. Loulily wanted me to ship it back at my cost and then they would refund me. The cost to ship from Canada to china was more than the cost of the ring. I’m very unsatisfied and will choose Amazon over Loulily any day!
