I purchased an item from this company over a year and a half ago. I said I wanted to return it if they try to entice me to keep it but I refused. I sent it back and every time I contacted them they told me they didn’t receive it. Now it’s been over a year and the tracking info is invalid, they basically kept my money for a product I sent back. Terrible customer service!!! Don’t buy anything from them

Louily jewelry is one of the worst companies I have ever ordered from. I sent my product back and they are refusing to give my money back, they only will give store credit "if" they receive it. According to my Fedex tracking, it is sitting in their building but they say it was never received. Total Scam

Awful scam company I cancelled my order and they took my money. They won't give it back, they won't cancel my order, they block you on all social media so you can't give bad reviews. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE!

It was easy and quick to buy. website was pretty straight forward. however, i have wore my 2 rings sins christmas and always took them off to wash up, wash my hands, go in the bath and shower etc. but the gold has come away and how left them both silver / gold mixed. the rings aren't the best quality as they have lasted all of 2 months. I don't know if maybe silver jewellery would be better rather than the gold plated... but i'll be avoiding in the future.

Excellent store! Looks and feels like a real diamond and have received lots of compliments. The quality is amazing, it's durable and doesn't lose shine. Don't make fingers green as it's silver. Service was excellent throughout the process. Fast delivery and easy to track with updates. Free gift packaging was beautiful and secure. Will definitely be ordering from Louily again!

DON'T TRY TO RETURN ANYTHING! I'll give two stars based on the quality of the jewelry and the entire experience itself. When we received the item, the fitment on the finger was ok but the gemstone and setting itself was MUCH larger than it appeared in the ads. Not sure if the hand model was a giant, but the thing looked like a giant broach on my wife's finger. In any case, they were receptive to the idea of me returning it (assuming I paid postage) for a full refund (less restocking fees). I agreed and paid a decent amount to send the thing back to CHINA! I received the ring from a US based address (assume it was a warehouse). I sent the item on 7/22/20 with extra protection via USPS (recommended). It arrived in China on 7/29/20. Today is 10/2/20 and tracking shows no movement and the company (Louily, I guess) will not honor the return. USPS is giving me a hard time because they say that even though I purchased the item protection that it really only protects against damage or evidence of stolen items...not the fact that it was never delivered. Ultimately, my review will tell you that I HOPE you enjoy the item you purchased; otherwise re-gift it to someone else who does because there is NO WAY you're getting your money back. Seems like a scam to have it sent all the way back to China on your dime only to be told it never got there and they can't refund you. I'm out $100's now (it was more than one item in my order). I measured my finger four times and my actual ring I'm wearing and what I received according to their chart was way off. Now I'm playing email tag trying to return this. They deceive you that this is a US based company, then you wait forever for the ring to come and longer to return. You have to have "authorization" and instead I get random emails back. This was supposed to be an anniversary present but that ship has sailed. The box came from california but you have to send it back to china. I'm sure thats going to be a fortune. I'm thinking that their reviews are fake as well after realizing the grammar is off. Steer clear. Jeuila at least has free services and appears to be US based. Fingers crossed.

This company is refusing to refund my money. I didn't like the ring and now that I am requesting a refund and return, my messages are not being answered. Anyone know how to file a complaint and get a refund. I will tell anyone not to purchase not one thing from this company.
