We’re so glad you’re enjoying the Loop Lasso! Just to clarify, our company is U.S.-based and not affiliated with any overseas manufacturers that may share a similar name. Thanks for the kind words and support! 💫

Bought my pro lasso and wheel wasn’t gripping the string to be able to spin so i reach out and sent them proof with video and the next day they sent me a replacement. Good customer service

A replacement was sent out the very next day, when I reached out to them. Talk about excellent customer service. I would definitely do business with them again. The loop lasso is so much fun, and I'm grown. Lol. Kudos to yall! Keep up the great work.

I ordered 2, and only received 1, because the post office destroyed the package. I reached out to their customer service multiple times with photos, and also a video of me opening the destroyed package USPS delivered to me, and I received absolutely no response. They only have a customer service email, no phone number or anything else. So I finally wrote this review and they responded. They said there was a problem with their system that showed my issue was closed and never sent them any of my emails. I hope they fix that! Full disclosure, I had emailed them about the shipping time prior to receiving the damaged package. My guess is they closed that ticket but then all of my future emails went to the same closed ticket for some reason. Again, I hope they fix that! Anyway, they replaced my order with what they had available, 2 months after I needed them for my niece and nephews Christmas presents. I’m glad they finally took care of my issue, but it should have never taken this long.

We truly appreciate your patience and your honest feedback. We’re glad we could resolve your issue, but we understand it should have been much faster. We’re working on improving our system to prevent issues like this in the future. Thanks for giving us the chance to make it right!

The website for Loop Lasso specifies a "100% Moneyback Guarantee"...and apparently, they mean it. The loop lasso was not my cup of tea, nor did it hold the interest of my kids. Look at the videos of the tricks and you can get a pretty good idea of the toy. Still, with the guarantee, I thought I would give it a try. I ended up emailing Loop Lasso that we didn't like the toys and they did in fact stand by their guarantee for my two lassos, and even added on the money I spent for extra loops, which I did not expect. So, great customer service.

Not every toy is for everyone, and that’s okay! We’re glad we could honor our guarantee and make the process smooth for you. Thanks for your honest review!

Simple and so much fun! I don’t understand it so it must be magic. We are entertained and so are the kids. We have watched all of the great videos on the website re-creating the tricks. What a great toy. This will be my go to gift for the never-ending birthday parties.

Great company! We received their product as a gift but it was missing a part. I contacted them and they promptly sent me the part without forcing me to ask the gift giver for the receipt, etc. can’t wait to use it!
