I had placed an order of 4 loop lassos. They were having a deal. When arrived there was only 1 in the package. I immediately emailed them and they replied back with a solution. They are fixing their mistake and sending me the missing lassos.

Bought 4 for Christmas, kids are having a lot of fun, it is definitely a skill toy so kids that are not into learning new things may not enjoy this (although all kids should be encouraged and pushed to learn new things). Unfortunately, one of them stop working after like 45 minutes, I contacted customer support, they were helpful and responsive, and my replacement unit is on the way. I recommend the product and company.

The product is great It is fun and buy for me and and for Christmas present The only is that you need some practice in order to no mix the lace and reason I put a 4 star besides 5 is maybe they need to explain better when it is a international delivery that can take longer that expected

Very cool and fun product. My kids absolutely enjoy using it. The only thing I found to be an issue was that the string easily tangled which can cause that particular string to not be usable anymore or continue to tangle. The model I have is the older blue version, the new model looks to have solved this issue.
