Loóna helps me relax and sleep. I have been using their app for a year now and I cannot imagine my life without it anymore. Whenever I feel alone, stressed ir restless, Loóna fixes it for me. I purchased lifetime access because I am so happy with it. The customer service is very friendly and replies fast. The makers of the app put a lot of love and passion into their stories, music and visuals. They also really listen to requests from their members. Loona has a Facebook page with a lovely community of loona members.in the last year the app has had a significant amount of updates to perfect the app and to fulfill the dreams of their members. The only thing I don’t like is that the same app on my phone and iPad doesn’t synchronize. Besides that: This is the best app that ever existed. Thank you Loóna!

Отличное приложение👏Установила почти 2 года назад. Нравятся эпизоды, особенно в первых, голос озвучки, что надо!) действительно работает, помогает заснуть. Очень помогло в период болезни ковидом, тк не могла заснуть. Музыка расслабляет, спокойная,перед сном приятно послушать. Приложение правда потрясающее!! Служба поддержки отвечает быстро и помогает решить вопросы👍Но есть один минус, для российских пользователей, в настоящее время нельзя пополнить баланс. Будем надеятся, что в ближайшее время, найдется решение😌

I was doubtful that this program would help me sleep but I was wrong. I have been using this app for a few months now and it has become the highlight of my day. I have to be strict with myself and not start the soundscape of the day until nighttime, but I have broken down and used it when I’ve been feeling nervous and anxious. I want all my friends to try it but I am afraid they will laugh at me. ‘What? You spend half an hour coloring and listening to a story about little magic creatures? Ha Haha!’ Anyway I highly recommend people try it and give it a little time to work it’s thing.

Excellent customer service. They responded promptly to my request for a refund and reconsidered my circumstances when I had difficulty cancelling within the free trial period. I didn’t have the bandwidth to try this app for my daughter’s sake but I will see if she wants to try it on her own. It seems like a high quality app that had great reviews from others.

This app is so well done. The graphics are amazing, stories are engaging and interesting, the narrator’s voice are perfect. That it helps you sleep is a big plus, but even if it were not for sleep it’s a great tool for mindfulness and relaxation. Great job!

I was having issues with my purchase and the Loóna team fixed it promptly and honoured the discount also. The app it’s self is fantastic so relaxing and the stories and artwork is excellent. Very immersive I would recommend this app to anyone who is having difficulties sleeping or intrusive thoughts at bed time.
