Given the number of people who have been wrongfully charged, I am considering launching a class action lawsuit. I refuse to let a company profit off of targeting an audience that struggles with mental health. I got the free trial and cancelled and was still charged $59 and could not get a refund. Don’t do it. Terrible customer service

As with MANY other people - I too tried the trial, cancelled within the trial period, and they charged me the full amount before the trial was even over. I contacted them through email (they won't even provide a customer service phone number to call) and surprise, surprise - they aren't responding to my numerous emails. This app is a SCAM, please do NOT give them your money, I'm telling you, you'll regret it. They charge you, and then refuse to respond to your emails. I can't even believe anybody gives this app any rating higher than 1 star, it just blows my mind. The customer service is a JOKE. The only service they provide is taking your money and then ignoring you when you ask for a refund. This company should be reported for FRAUD.

I paid $0.99 for the free trial. I made sure to cancel my subscription before the trial had ended. When you do that, it takes you to a very misleading page that says, "We'll Really Miss You!" and you think you have successfully canceled. But in fine print it tells you that you have to email them in order to really cancel. I ended up getting charged $120 without my knowledge ($60 every 3 months). Not only did I not agree to this, but their app advertises $40 ANNUALLY. So they charged me $80 more than I would have previously thought. No matter how you look at it, that's wrong. They're going to steal your money. I have been working hard with PayPal and Loóna to get a refund. So far, I have been denied, and now they aren't responding to me. I am beyond angry, and I really did not need this extra headache. Soooo unprofessional and terrible customer service. It looks like I'm not the only one they have done this to either. Just disgusting and infuriating. DO NOT give them access to your money. They cannot be trusted.

I signed up for the $1 trial, then was charged for the yearly subscription in Dec. Three months later they have charged me a second time! I have emailed them twice within a week and haven't had a reply. Very poor customer service!

I was accidentally registered to the yearly plan, no idea how. I tested it maybe once. Not very interesting anyway. I asked for a refund and they refused. Be careful of registering to their yearly plan. its expensive, and, to me, a worthless app.
