Beautiful product, excellent team
Loona is a beautiful product that I’ve used for years. I’ve had two interactions with their support team for technical issues, and the team was polite and prompt in solving the issues both times.

I was struggling to sign into my…
I was struggling to sign into my subscription on my daughter’s iPad. The team offered multiple solutions which, in my case, didn’t work so to resolve the matter they very VERY kindly gave her a link for a year’s free subscription which was totally unexpected and extremely kind. They relied to every email promptly and politely and never once made me feel like the tech-dullard I am.

Great app for sleep
Great app for sleep, from personal experience I can say that it works over time as it has a cumulative effect. It's not just a coloring book :)

This is a great app
I really love this app - the music is relaxing, the narrator(s) voices are soothing, and the escapes are absolutely lovely with an interesting variety. Customer service has always been very responsive, friendly, and helpful. I use the app for better wind-down and sleep, and often listen to the Work/Study music during the day. I highly recommend the Loóna app.

So much more than peaceful sleep
At first I was looking for a way to sleep better, but I got so much more than that. Not only am I sleeping better each night, but I'm waking up feeling refreshed and ready for the day. I didn't know that was possible

I love this app,
I love this app,, I tried other things to help with the anxiety and panic attacks but nothing worked, when I saw the add about lóona,I said, I'll try it next thing you know I was using it every night, I love the stories and the narration and the music it's so soothing and I fall asleep faster and wake up so great, thank you all for this wonderful App.

Great Service & Perfect Quality
Loóna is a great app to relax, calm your mind, sleep and stuff like that. People working for Loóna are literally the kind hearted fairies who loves help you when you have questions to answer & problems to solve. If your path crosses with Loóna, you should be a part of it without a single doubt.

I really do love this app
I really do love this app. I use it every night for sleep and even my toddler loves the escapes. I recommend this app to everyone. I saw the 1stars reviews and see that maybe I won't recommend the free trial, I got the lifetime version and that is the best app I have ever bought. My favorite app that I cannot wait to use at night. ... Just don't do free trial? Cause to me it's sooo worth it
