An annual membership costs $39 but they charged me $59 twice. They do not issue refunds, meaning they can take any amount they want from you and you can’t get it back. I don’t even use this app!

This app is just a trap to take your money. Without my knowledge,my son downloaded this app. I don't think he knew what he downloaded or he may not of even meant to actually download it at all. But apparently it's extremely easy to sign up for the free trial,it's deceptively easy. No filling anything out. Also it initially signs you up for the annual membership. Which I've never signed up for an annual app bc that's ridiculous and I don't even use my phone like that. I didn't even know until I was charged $63.59 that the app was even on my phone. So I immediately tried to figure out how to get in touch with customer service of Loona. So went to my Google subscriptions which is where any of the other paid apps I've used before were,but Loona wasn't there. So it was even more hidden then I realized at first. During the free trial,the app wasn't used at all. Not one time. It was accidentally installed and then never signed into again. I don't know how else to prove it was accidentally put on the phone. Now they refuse to refund the $63.59 Which by the way is the biggest rip off I've ever seen. There is nothing that app offers that is worth $65 dollars. They clearly do not care about their own customers or anyone else because charging that much for the app in the first place is insane. But the fact that the app wasn't used at all shows It wasn't intentionally installed. If I could give 0 stars I would. Bad customer service&bad policy's definitely equal a bad app.

I tried to cancel this subscription multiple times during the 7 day trial and apparently did not cancel it “enough?” Got charged $59.99 for a 3 month subscription when it says on their website you can gift a YEARLY subscription for the same price. I emailed them 3 hours after I was charged and was told that they had to deny my request for a refund (which I never directly asked for). I emailed them more to make sure that my subscription was canceled and to ask about the pricing discrepancies. Do NOT download this app. It honestly gave me nightmares instead of helping me sleep. Customer service is awful, no refunds, no reminder emails, cancellation and pricing are not clear.

THIS COMPANY WILL STEAL FROM YOU! I had to give my credit card number for a “free” trial, which was supposed to end a week after I started the free trial. Instead of actually giving me a free trial, Loom charged me $59.99 immediately! When I contacted customer service, they refused to give me a refund because “refunds aren’t in their policy.” This company advertises a free trial but will not actually give you one and they WILL charge your card without your permission! Absolutely horrendous customer service and complete false advertising. DO NOT purchase this app unless you want to waste money!

THIS IS A SCAM. Predatory business practices. Do not download this app. They will charge you for a YEAR, without the reminder email they promise. They do not refund you when you cancel.

Unauthorised payment taken! Horrible customer support. Cancelled during the trial period and was presented a successfully unsubscribed confirmation page however was still charged over $100 aud !!! This app boasted to help with sleeping, anxiety, and more however has had the opposite effect when I was advised touch luck no refunds!! How can they get away with this scam! Do not give this app your credit card or payment details unless you like throwing money away. The app itself was ok but not worth that much money! I could’ve gone to the private doctors and paid them for less than what this app charged. Do not download!

PREDATORY BUSINESS PRACTICES Like many others here, my husband tried this app. He struggles to sleep, especially after a brain injury from a Vespa accident. They seem to want to cheat people for the $80+ CND. BEWARE and check out alternatives. If you opt in for the trial, be warned you are really purchasing a year's subscription. UPDATE: We received a refund after replying to their first email asking for the case to escalated, launching a dispute in PayPal, and giving a 1-star review here and on Google Play. UPDATE: Note the reply below took over a year, didn't grok that we'd reached a resolution only by getting loud, and sought to blame the customer. I would guess no changes have been made.

Customer Satisfaction is NOT Loona's Priority Awful experience with customer service. I can't believe the audacity to charge for the free trial, just to charge you $60 and not refund you--despite no usage of the app and a desire to discontinue! Businesses that go far do so by establishing customer loyalty. Think of any brand. Their customers are LOYAL. Why? Because time and time again they are satisfied with their brand experience. I certainly won't be recommending this app to any friend of mine. Honestly, I'll be telling people about my bad experience. In fact, I'll recommend a brand I enjoy so much that I even support their Patreon. "Get Sleepy" podcast wherever you listen.
