I love the colours in my Sleepscapes, picked for me, based on my own preferences. Very pleasing and soothing, along with Hz planned music which helps so much in realigning my energies and cleaning up the Charkras. The Support Fairies 🧚‍♂️ have always been prompt and helpful, also giving me the feeling that no question is a dumb one... I take away a lot of inspiration and powerful positivity from the Affirmations as well as the music and stories, which I eagerly look forward to colouring when I get a quiet moment. This app is well worth the full year subscription. It's true that there is a trial period offered, but you might as well budget out for the app. I love the sleepscapes, particularly with a soothing narration by a fabulous voice actor. You can mix your own blend of sounds and Hz for your brain. The science is working on me, and the unwinding routine and wake up routine and alarm are very helpful. Just plan on paying for one year- perhaps pair it with a brain game app, too. You can soothe your brain 🧠 which is where your improved sleep habits pair up with your happier nervous system. You won't just magically start sleeping soundly bc that takes time. You have to put in the time to get the benefits of the app. If you don't want to pay for a year then you need to calendar the seven days trial period and follow up with the banking details. That is how it works.

While decided the app wasn't for me, I was extremely pleased in the manner and quickness they handled my request to cancel. Many companies will drag it out or make it difficult. I truly appreciated that!!! Thank you for being a stand up company. Who knows at some point I might try the app again

I rely on Loona on most nights to help me transition from active me to peaceful and sleepy me. I enjoy the Escapes but also like listening to the stories. Recently I had a problem with access due to an oversight on my part. I didn't update the app and it locked me out. I sent an email to the Loona fairies and they responded with a kindly worded suggestion that I update the app to solve the issue. I appreciated their gentle way of helping me without making me feel silly for not checking myself. I've recommended this app to several people who struggle with letting go of their stress at night.

I have really enjoyed this app for a few years now. I have a monthly subscription, which I find very reasonable. The app has grown over the years and I love it even more and my price hasn’t changed. I find the entire app beautiful and mesmerizing! And recently I come across a slight problem and they were able to fix this without once making me feel like it was my fault!

I absolutely LOVE this app. I don't use it nearly as much as I would like, and I am still more than willing to continue my subscription (of which I've had for over a year). These people are doing an amazing job and I would consider this app a staple for people with sleep disorders like mine. There as never been one time I've used the app that it did not help me sleep quickly. The options are amazing. If I want, I can color a sleepscape with amazing visuals and lovely stories. They draw you in and put your mind at ease. Or if I'm looking for a more screenless aproach, they have warming stories or soothing music to help lull you to sleep. All of this is amazingly helpful if I'm having an anxiety problem as well! They have visuals, sounds, and descriptions from the narrators that are wonderful for grounding. I have had 2 instances where I encountered a bug/issue. I contacted support both times, and was met with a quick reply followed by quick fixes of my issues. I cannot recommend Loona enough, I am in LOVE <3
