As per your advertising I ordered…
As per your advertising I ordered glasses that were clear at the top of the lense and had 1.0x at the bottom. When I got the glasses the whole lense was 1.0x. When I questioned this I was told that was the only way these glasses were available. Again, this makes no sense since all your advertising says otherwise. I returned them.

Hi Chris, Thank you for your feedback. It sounds like you were looking for progressive readers, which have clear lenses at the top and magnification only at the bottom. However, the items you ordered were standard readers, which have magnification throughout the entire lens. I completely understand how this could be confusing. I am still getting used to the…
I am still getting used to the progressive. I was disappointed that are so plastic looking and feeling.

The glasses are well made
The glasses are well made, solid and stylish. The hinge seems to keep catching my hair which is annoying. Maybe it's got a small gap? Not sure but the only reason I didn't give it 5 stars. As always shipped timely, well packaged and high quality.
