The customer service is exceptional. I email a concern and I have a response quickly. No questions asked and a new pair is ordered for me.

I purchased three pairs of glasses online after seeing ads on Instagram. There was an issue with the parcel getting lost and upon contacting the company they immediately resolved the issue. I was blown away with the level of customer service, this was not AI. This was someone who really cares about the product in the company and the customer most of all. I will be purchasing more glasses in the future and definitely recommending Look Optic! Great product, great company.

My order never showed up even though it was marked as delivered and this company was kind and helpful and sent a new package out to me.

I love LOOK OPTIC. I have 7 pairs of the readers 2.0. They're comfortable, well-made and stylish. The Abbey readers are my favorites. The style works well on my smaller face. I received the best customer service from Ely. He took care of my situation with kindness and professionalism.

I purchased a pair of progressive readers months ago and I really liked them so I decided to order a second pair of the same glasses in a different color. After ordering I realized a got a similar pair but not the exact ones I wanted so I emailed support 3 times to switch the order before it was too late but they blew me off all 3 times. I never received even 1 response and the glasses have been sent. Customer service seems to be non- existent.

Look Optic's customer service is 1st class and real -- they go beyond the scope of their own published guidelines to "do what is right" by the Customer. Other Vendors / Service Providers should take note. This type of service not readily found in today's environment.

Look Optic goes ABOVE AND BEYOND. I will forever be a lifelong client. I already own at least 12 pairs and just purchased the latest!
