Purchased 1 shirts and 1 sweatshirt from them on 04/07/20. No indication on their website about Covid delays. Had to reach out to then to find out what was going on after a week with no tracking. No updates for a month after that either. Finally shipped on 5/21/20. To add insult to injury they shipped it the slowest way possible....I will NEVER purchase from them again. I would have been fine with the situation due to the world crisis if they had any semblance of a notifcation or customer support.

So I ordered three masks from these people or maybe person (not sure). After the time had passed that I paid to have it delivered by, and the daily barrage of marketing emails from them, I contacted them to find out what the deal was. Then the person informed me that they're backed up and it actually takes 3 to 4 weeks to get to the order and another 5 to 8 days to actually ship it. They said it says that on their web site. I still can't find it on their website and can guarantee you it doesn't say that in their daily marketing emails. Order now and get your phone sometime in the next two month. I would not ever buy from these people again. Ever.

I am still awaiting an order from MARCH 27TH. I reached out and got a rep who assured me that shipping delays were 21 days. So I patiently waited, cause I understand how chaotic this time is. More time has passed I have reached out to no avail. I see something on the internet about orders beginning on May 10th. I didnt hear that from the company but from another distressed buyer. Meanwhile this company sends MULTIPLE promo emails and will gladly accept a new order. They have shut instagram comments down even going so far as to cutting off comments on a recent picture where the first 10 comments were all similar complaints. I am not sure if this is typical for this company but it has left the worst taste in my mouth that regrettably makes it impossible for me to EVER recommend them. My boyfriend and I were super excited for this shirt. We still honestly want the shirts but it's becoming such a fruitless endeavor that I almost don't even want them. I just want an email back with GENUINE information.

I ordered a t-shirt from Look Human on the 25th April. Since then I haven't received any updates from them regarding the order, yet the cost of the t-shirt has been charged to my credit card. I've emailed them THREE TIMES asking for an order update and have yet to receive a reply. Yet they manage to send promotional emails to me 4-5 times a day. I have asked for a full refund but my request is being ignored. As a result, I have filed a claim with Amex. Do not trust this company!

After an absurdly long wait, I finally received the mask I ordered, eagerly anticipating a cute "cat butt". The design barely (no pun intended) resembled the picture on the site. As with others reviewed, I found it to be too short ( I'm a small woman), with ear elastics that could fit Dumbo. The lining sticks out all around, as do many stray threads. I work in an "essential" job-- a store that sells food and meds--for minimum wage. So glad I wasted two hour's worth of my meager pay on this thing.

I ordered two masks on the site at the beginning of April when the lead time was listed at around 2 weeks due to increased demand. After waiting the 2 weeks and not hearing a peep, I reached out to customer service and was told to be understanding and wait longer because they had been featured on major sites across the internet and so there would be an increased delay due to higher demand. I waited another week and reached out once again. This time I was told that they had shipped and would arrive soon. (The tracking number was provided via customer service after I stated I never received an email with tracking information). When the masks arrived, both were sewn unevenly with one side longer than the other. One did fit well enough, though. The other had ear loops that were very big (requiring knots to be tied in them just to make a decent fit), and smelled like it had been dipped in some kind of chemical. Having really looked forward to being able to use real cloth masks and not folded up handkerchiefs, I was pretty bummed about this. I understand that they are very busy, but they also keep taking more orders and adding new patterns to the site daily. After this disappointing experience, I do not think I would use this site again to order masks.

I am still waiting for an update on my order when it said it would ship in 3 days. They will give you the canned response of delays due to COVID but yet they will continue to take more orders.
