I have placed an order as a gift for my wife, the first time the order was lost that what they claimed so when I called and complained they rushed a second order by DHL. I was really surprised with the quality of the itmes they sent, Very poor quality control, the shirt they sent is like a small piece pf cloth sown together, cheaply done and belong in the trash ,the jacket has no label of anything on it, poor quality material, a dress that not a human would wear or put on very cheap, the image they present you on the web is far from what you get, Pure marketing..when you call customer service it is always the same person talking to you and they do nothing but sweet talk. when I showed the order to my wife she laughed in my face, Will never order from this company again unless you want to throw your money away.!! bad business.

I read the reviews on this company, some good some bad and decided to take a chance and order. My jacket had a broken zipper when it arrived in October. They were great at responding to my emails. I sent the jacket back for a replacement. It is now January 3, 2015. I have no jacket and no refund. Buyer beware! See below my response from them. When I try to log into my account with them, my email address doesn't exist anymore as well. Dear Sheila, Thank you for your email. No problem. This is the first time I shop with Lookbook, and will be the last time for sure. Got a terrible experience shopping here. The item takes one month to arrive in Italy (they ship from China) I ordered 2 pieces, one KHAKI coat and one Back Cut Out Romper. All the photos on the website seems very nice looking, but when the items arrived, they are totally different from what I have seen on site. Bad and cheap material, smelly terribly also. Many different details from the photos on site, as ZIP, fur, hat, sleeves, The Back Cut Out Romper also differ from color, broken buttons... Overall this will be the last time I do shopping on lookbook and definitely return this two items to them. I rather pay the return shipping, other than wear these bad & ugly clothes. Don't buy anything from here. They are all bad quality clothes made in China and just shipping worldwide.

I ordered two dresses - neither of which resembled the picture online. Ended up returning one of the dresses and still have yet to be reimbursed for it - lost track of how long ago I shipped it back, but it's definitely been over a month or two.

This was my first time online shopping and I was looking for a really nice dress for my anniversary dinner. I ordered a nice black dress. The dress arrived when it said it would, however, when I tried on the dress, not only did it not fit, it was a completely different dress to what I ordered. Thought I would then just return it and get a refund, But it was not as easy as that. Not only did none of the e-mail links work, when I then asked the Chat for a working email, I was then told another broken email link. I don't believe then a company this organised would even ship out the wrong dress, this is just unacceptable, plus with trouble of the 'easy' returns policy. I would not order anything off of this website again.

I am completely and utterly disappointed with my order and the return process. First of all, based off the size chart online I ordered the smallest sizes possibly thinking they'd fit me because I am usually always a small. The blazers I got were HUGE. They were marked as smalls but might as well have been larges. So when I go to ship back you have to go thru this ridiculous process of communicating with 389572 customer service agents in order to get a return label that is not paid for. The customer service rep wanted me to measure my garments to really see if they matched the website or not. I don't care if they did or did not, that wasn't changing the fact that these blazers were swimming on me. Did I mention you have to ship it back to CHINA? So on my $75 order, shipping was $130. RIDICULOUS that a company can't not only get their sizes right but require you to cover return shipping costs. I obviously wasn't going to send the clothes back for that price so now I am stuck with 2 blazers that are huge and I'll never wear. So so unhappy with this process.

Do not buy from these guys. The item they sent did not arrive as described. There website says "If you are not 100% satisfied with the quality of your purchase, you can return your item(s) for a full refund within 60 days from the shipping date of purchase" Upon requesting a refund, they asked me to first photograph the item while wearing it (I did). Then they offered me $11 back on a $50 purchase. When I said that was unacceptable, they asked me to measure the article of clothing. Anything but actually initiate a refund. Horrible service. Did not meet their promise. Do NOT buy from these people.
