De vælger at erstatte og sende min pakke igen, uden beregning! Synes dette er den bedste kundeservice jeg nogensinde har prøvet! I ordered a dress, which my country's carrier, Post Danmark, lost. After a frustrating ordeal with my carrier, I contacted Lookbookstore's support, and they chose to send my dress again, free of charge! This is the best costumer service I have ever experienced!

I never write any reviews on any site but this time i could not hold myself without appreciating the Lookbook store. I have ordered a beautiful white dress with black border for the first time from Lookbook and they delivered the same before the expected delivery date which was a nice surprise for me. The other best things were that the dress material is not thin and it fits me perfectly. I just loved the dress and I am gonna place some more orders in near future (one is one the way :)) because now am sure that this store will never ever disappoint me. It just made me feel super awesome with their delivery service, the perfect size, and the dress material.

I am so happy with my order! I received it sooner than expected. The items are what its look like from the website. I love the photos and site is so easy to navigate. This is far the most impressive online shopping that I've done. I can't wait to get another new items soon!

I couldn't fault Lookbook. I love their website and the clothes they stock online. I regularly use the site for clothes as I like to have other items in my wardrobe that are not generic in UK stores. I recently experienced a situation where I made an order and the item was out of stock - unknowingly. The customer service team were excellent and informed me of the items progress as they knew I was on a time schedule to receive the clothing for my Hen Party. Penny kept me assured 24/& on how the order was proceeding and even sent it out to me with super fast delivery. It arrived in time and is perfect in every way! I will be spreading the word of just how great you guys are and the high level of customer service you provide.

Totally recommended! Fantastic company to deal with. They have great stock - diverse, up to date and excellent price. I was amazed on how quickly I received my goods as I shop online frequently and the turnaround is never this quick. I must say that I am very impressed with this store. The Lookbook Store has some great, unique fashion clothes perfect for any occasion. Although I love all their items, I ended up getting the Peach Lace Panel Top, which seemed like the perfect summer top for me. When I received it, I realized that I had ordered the wrong size, so I had to call customer service. Not only is this store terrific, but customer service did a fantastic job. The person who assisted me was patient, kind and helpful. I had no problem exchanging my item and it didn’t take long at all! Now I wear my Peach Lace Panel Top on a daily basis and can’t wait to purchase more items from the Lookbook Store.

First of all, all the clothing on the website is so cute it was hard to choose but unfortunately I was on a budget. I settled on the strapless shorts co-ord and I am in love. I called customer service and was able to get the correct sizes, it fits like a glove! I've gotten many compliments on it and shipping was super fast. Highly recommend lookbookstore!
