Scam!
I ordered a swim suite and it was NOTHING like the picture. I am extremely upset with the company, as it was a total scam where they showed a picture of the suite from a different website, and then made their own with the picture as the guide. It did not fit true to size, and was bad quality. It took a month to get to my house in North Carolina, and then when I asked to return it, the service was awful and in the end they told me I couldn't return it. will NOT EVER buy from here again.

Bad Experience
Although Lookbook has been quick to reply for customer service, I do not recommend ordering from this store. First, it took well over the delivery time for my package to arrive (I did get a refund for my shipping costs, thank you) and the absolutely none of the clothes fit. None of them are true to size, even when looking at their size guide online. I am very disappointed because it took so long and now they don't fit (I also needed them for all of my wedding festivities going on and now I'm out of time). Secondly, I have to pay for my items to be returned. That is A LOT of money when I have already paid $100 for my clothes. I believe it is the companies fault for not having accurate sizing guide lines. I just want my money back and to ship them back without having to spend more money. So to me, it truly is bad customer service to have your customers pay for their return shipping when the quality and sizing is all bad/wrong.

STAY AWAY!
I was willing to give LookBook a try after seeing all these cute styles online. I though if I don't like it I'll simply return it....little did I know. After opening my package (which I waited for for 2 weeks), I was exited to try everything on. I swear I have never been so disappointed in my life! The dresses absolutely did not fit right.. and I am a size 0. The pieces looked like cheap halloween costumes. They were also see through.. How can anyone call it clothes?? The zipper on one dress was broken. I decided to keep one item that looked decent and I contacted customer service to return the rest. Apparently, I have to ship the items to CHINA paying for it out of my pocket. The quote I got online for shipping was $50.00.. I am a full-time student with very limited income and I decided to save money by shopping at LookBook.com.. Now I have to pay money to get rid of this stuff.. very disappointed

Run! Save your money!!
Just received my crochet top from Lookbook and it's absolute junk. It actually tore as soon as I put it on! The items they're selling looks cute but wow...low quality is an understatement. I'm trying to return the shirt now and we shall how that goes. Do yourself a favor and BEWARE.

imitation, poorly made, false advertisement, DO NOT BUY!
My title said it all. Clothing display on website and what you actually received are too completely different things. Very poorly, cheap made. BE AWARE and DO NOT BUY!!!!

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE, BE AWARE!!!!!
Last week i ordered two blazers from this store but they were two small. So i requested a return form and when i got it, i realized that i have to send things back to CHINA!!!!!!!!! ,Do you know how much money is that?????? Is more of what i paid for my order!!! and of course they don't paid for that return level. Besides i was never told in the policy return about this.Plus they don't answer the phone , the costumer support email page not longer exist and the chatting is a joke. Is a shame that companies like this are allowed to be in this country. I will contact my paypal ASAP ,hopefully iam not stuck with this situation .Please don't waste your money and time

poor quality and unprofessional
My purchase is bad quality and wasn't all that inexpensive either. Also, lookbook never replies to my emails and their phone service is terrible. I was waiting with an automated voice system telling me to hold; this lasted 20 minutes with no one picking up. I'm not buying from them again.

The smell is unbearable
I loved the top I ordered but it is very cheaply made and it smells absolutely horrible. I washed it right away because I couldn't stand to even walk by it, the smell was that strong. But unfortunately, the smell did not go away :(. I am very dissapointed by my purchase. Hope I can return the item for a full refund.
