This is my first time writing a rant about how bad the clothes from this company are. The only good thing I can say about this company is that shipping is indeed fast. Clothes from Beijing arrived in Canada in 4 days. However, the clothes that I got were not like the pictures displayed on the website AT ALL. I got a white sweater and a beige (or as the website shows) cardigan/jacket. The white sweater was so small that I could barely even fit in it and looked like it was made for a kid. The picture on the website and the dimensions showed that it was supposed to be a baggy and loose fitting sweater but it was so small that it was above my hips. The beige cardigan/jacket I got was incredibly thin and wasnt even beige, it turned out to be a salmon pink colour. The picture on the website showed that the jacket or as I would call it now a "cardigan" would be thick and would be worn outside but it turned out to be so soooo thin. Also, when I live chatted with the customer service to ask about the sizing before buying the clothes, all they said to me was to look at the sizing chart. I kept asking if the dimensions I showed (my own dimensions) with them are right for me, but the lady just kept saying "look at the sizing chart". How rude. Please think twice before buying products from this store.

I ordered a dress in a size Medium. Not only did it look nothing like the dress pictured on the website, it also was 2 sizes too small. I'm not even sure what size they sent since the dress had no labels (size, care instructions, etc). I am a clothing designer and garment manufacturer and I would never sell such garbage to the general public. They said they would send a replacement. That's after their request that I send photos of the measurements of the faulty dress I received. It's been 3 1/2 weeks and I still have not received it.

Im gonna be honest, the people are extremely nice! I had ordered a dress that I fell in love with and was informed that they unfortunately had no more in stock but they had ordered it for me. She gave me the date it would come by and amazingly it came before she had stated. When I opened the package, the dress was damaged and had markings on it as if it was a pen or pencil. The back of the dress looked like someone had grabbed sandpaper and scratched the material. There was also a hole in the fabric. The material is another thing. Cheap. The material was see through even with the two layers it was consisted of and it wrinkles so easily. The dress, overall, looks like a night gown. I contacted them telling them what had happened and sent photos as well. They, again, were extremely nice. But they had told me that they were not going to pay for the return shipping...the dress is 26$ and the return shipping was 20$? Not only would they not pay for THEIR damaged clothing to be returned...but the address they had sent me 1. made no sense and 2. did not exist. When I gave the post man the address they had emailed me, he looked at me and said what I just stated. He also advised me not to pay for the return postage because it's "stupid for you to have to pay for something that was their initial fault." Ive had this game happen to me before with different online stores.. I pay for the shipping and they claim they never received anything and that was that. Overall I am extremely disappointed and maybe it was my luck that I had a bad experience but that was my first and most likely last time I will ever buy anything from here. I would definitely not recommend to someone. My excitement slowly became to frustration and now the dress is and has been sitting in the original package in my room since March.

The picture online of the outfit was a complete scam. The fabric was horrible once I got it, and it looked nothing like the picture. This is EXACTLY why i NEVER order things online. This company is such a rip off, and I'm sure it'll cost me more to ship it back than it did to buy. Don't buy anything from this place!!!

I ordered clothes from this website and to my surprise they looked NOTHING like in the pictures and didn't fit correctly. I sent them back and the shipping was $30. I sent the package back in January and continued to email them all the way into May. They told me not to worry about it and that they would email me when they received my items. However, I just got my package sent back to me in the mail! So there goes $100 on clothes that are awful quality along with $30 that was just wasted but he clothes being sent back. The customer service is awful and they did nothing to help me with this issue. I won't be satisfied until I get my $100 back. I will believe this company is a scam and will tell everyone so until they return my money and prove them wrong. Don't waste your money or time!!

BEWARE!!! So strange to read positive comments about the products from this store! I ordered a sweater that appeared to be beautiful. The description was exactly what I wanted. I received an email a few days later that said the item had shipped. A few days after, I received a request to review the item... Before I had even received it? Weeks later, (no exaggeration) the item arrived. It looked NOTHING like what I ordered, except for the color. I immediately had an online chat explaining all the points that were dissatisfying and I was told to wait for an RMA, return the item and I could get a refund. I asked that the shipping cost be refunded also, and the response was "Alright". The return shipping cost was $20.45!! The sweater was $32. Now, 2 months later and countless email exchanges, they are determining that they will not refund the shipping! Which means I spent $20.45 to keep my $32?! I turned $32 into $11.55 without anything to show for it but frustrating emails from them! I have worked with them for days now trying to resolve this. They did offer to give me credit with them so I could buy something else that might not look anything like what I order... No thanks! Once burned, twice shy.

The website shows you pretty dresses and tops, and it's affordable and you order them thinking it'll be a good purchase. BUT IT'S NOT! I ordered 1 peplum top and 1 cut-out legging. They were not true to size and were made out of the most disgusting fabric I have ever seen. The actual clothes are not like they show on the website. THEY'RE JUST NOT! Do a favour to yourself, and NEVER BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE! NEVER!

I was looking forward to the items. They are nothing like the pictures and run wayyyyyyy too small!! Very inaccurate sizing. Anyways I sent back the items, which I had to pay for the shipping! It has been two weeks since they said they would refund me my money and I still have not received anything! I am currently trying to fix this situation and it's very stressful! How hard is it to refund someone their money?!!!
