Thank you to Lookboostore, I had a problem to order so i send an e-mail to customer services to explain my problem and 5 minutes later, i've received an answer to help me to order. So i tried again and it's was successful. They answer very fast and they are very kindly. They give me 10% for my next purchase. Thank you Lookboostore ;)

Super service.
Après avoir reçu ma veste, je me suis aperçut qu'il manquait un clou. J'ai donc contacter le service client qui a tout de suite réagit et m'a proposer un remboursement partiel ainsi qu'une réduction sur mon prochain achat . Il est très rare de nos jours de trouver un site si réactif surtout à l'étranger je vous conseil donc de commander les yeux fermés!!!!!!!

Very grateful
I bought a dress at Lookbook Store, it was shipped on 5 dec and almost one month later the parcel wasn't arrive. I wrote to Lookbook Store customer service and they told me to go to visit my nearest post office to hear about my order.... After receive no news about my parcel at the post office I wrote back to Lookbook Store explaining the situation..... Then they quickly gave me 2 options: 1. Refund me all the money back. 2. Send me again the same dress. I choosed the second option. The new parcel arrived at the estimated time. My surprise was that one month later the 1st parcel arrived to my place!! I wrote to the customer service again to inform about the situation and they told me to keep both dresses!! Well, this has been my experience with Lookbook Store.... Thank you!!

Absolutely Love Lookbook😍

I placed a couple of orders for Christmas gifts for my loved ones. I was not so sure with the sizes so I had to contact them regarding how their sizes works. They gave me a specific sizing information and good thing all the sizes I chose worked! My relatives were very happy with the dresses and most especially how they fitted. I was a little bit anxious at first ordering but since they offered free shipping, so I did. Packages also came very timely. So I would definitely be ordering more soon.
