This is a Chinese company, which they never made it clear in their website, I wouldn't have purchased from them if I had known that. The items I received looked so different from the items in the pictures except for one dress I ordered, but one of the other dresses showed that it had long sleeves in the picture and mine has absolutely no sleeves and looks like a complete different item... the sizing of the pants was way off, and the pants were super short and as I was trying them on they ripped... Mind you I am a size 4 in the US and ordered a US size 6 in these pants. Lastly the quality is poor for the price you pay. The good thing about this company is that the shipping was fast and they keep you updated in emails but other than that I am very dissapointed and will not spend my hard earned money in this company anymore. I will not recommend anyone to purchase clothes from this website.

I ordered a 1 piece bathing suit, took about 2 weeks to get. When I did inquire on my order, they were quick to follow up with me...however, when I received my suit, it was way too big. I could pretty much tell, but tried it on ( leaving the protection panel in and my under garments on because I was almost positive it wasn't going to fit). I immediately emailed them to find out how to exchange for correct size as there was no paperwork with my shipment. I was advised bathing suits are not exchangeable, but I could receive a 10 per cent discount on my next order.(and be stuck with a suit I have no use for). So to get the suit in my correct size, I would need to order a second one, spending 45.00 plus shipping twice, just to receive $2.50 as customer satisfaction? I have never dealt with ANY company that would not let me return an item for a correct size, so that my purchase would be of use to me. This is just crazy, ridiculous policy!

I ordered a dress off of the lookbook store website, and from the pictures online it was beautiful! I know a girl who got the exact same dress off of a different website and she ordered it and loved it. Because she loved it so much, I wanted to order one for myself as well! However, I found the exact same dress on the lookbook store for 1/4th of the price so I thought, why not get it here and save some money if they're going to be the same dress anyways? The shipping was good and I could not wait to finally get my dress. Once I received it, I was SO disappointed! It was completely different than the dress online and they used photos from a different website. The dress my friend received was made out of a much higher quality material (compared to my see-through, cheap cotton). The fit/length/measurements were all off and the material was just so cheap. This was the first time I have ordered something from the lookbook store, and definitely my last.

Don't buy from this store. I bought a skirt from here and it was made of very cheap material (like corduroy) and had underwear built into it! The pictures they use to sell their clothes are not their photos and only show one side and not what the clothes actually look like. I've even caught them using other stores photos. Save your money, buy somewhere else

I placed an order of USD$76 over THREE MONTHS AGO, and have yet to receive my order. I have had ample communication with their support team and each time they just tell me to wait a little bit longer. After providing me with a tracking number that didn't work, I eventually received one that did and after a month of checking the status of my parcel there has been no change - it is STILL in China! I have not been offered any compensation: no refund, no voucher, no gift...It's really quite unbelievable that I've had such bad luck considering all the other good reviews on here, but this whole ordeal is inexcusable. If someone could give me some advice as to how to deal with this situation I would really appreciate it.

i payed extra money for fast 4 day shipping last week and my order still is here, ive tried contacting your store throught your number but apparently no one is ever available. i am very upset i order two dresses for homecoming next week and there is no telling when my order will get here or if its even shipped

They stole my products of a gold/silver moon and star necklace, and even CREEPIER is they stole the PHOTOS I TOOK to advertise their FAKE listings! They have not responded to my emails of kindly asking to remove the listings, so now I am forced to take legal action. That's how I feel about this rip-off company.

Ma fille mineur a commander sur ce site une qui devait arriver entre 8 et 12 jours sauf que au bout de 3 semaines elle n'a toujours rien reçu . Elle en informe le site car elle quitte la région et ne peut plus réceptionner le colis . Ils font les sourds d'oreilles en lui demandant des délais supplémentaires et de se débrouiller à récupérer le colis . La commande date du 4 juilletJe viens d'être informé du problème et lire les échanges mais en fait ils ne veulent pas la rembourser . Ma fille étant mineur j'ai écris à mon tour et vais entamé les mesures qui s'imposent sans le remboursement de lookbook . Je vous invite à fuir ce site
