I saw the red bodycon dress on instagram and fall in love instantly! I ordered it from lookbookstore and their service is very good! It looks exactly as pictured, and fits extremley well. I could not be happier with this purchase. Also, its much heavier material than I anticipated. It's Worth every dollar! This dress also arrived way faster then exspected. I love it!

I just placed an order and was informed quickly for one of the item is now out of stock. Though I am a little bit sad for it runs out of stock, it's okay for me to wait since I really love it. And the customer service is really good and gets back to me fast. Hope you do better and better! :)

I purchased a jacket at lookbookstore. Unfortunately I choose a wrong adress which I did not notice. I called the parcel service in Germany and they told me they can't do anything for me and the parcel is returning back to China. I was really sad and wrote an Email to the lookbookstore Customer Service. They suggest to Sent me a new jacket on their cost. Although it was my fault the delivery went wrong. I am so happy and Sandy from Customer Service was really friendly.

I ordered a Nice co-ord set and it was too big, I worked with the customer service and got all the return info and the return Shipping is the buyers responsibility, which is understandable, but for the international shipping cost i decided to keep the wrong sized one, as its so beautiful i'm sure i know someone who would like it, and i ordered another one of the right size. They even gave me 10% off my re-order. This company is great and the shipping is excellent timing. Thank you soooo Much for the great experience.

I love the dress. It is just like the picture. The same color. The quality of the material is excellent not to thick and not to thin. It is made perfectly. I had questions about my size and they helped me. It fits perfectly. I am going to wear it for Valentines but it is such a beautiful neutral and feminine color that you could wear to anything. From work to out on a date. I will order from this store alot. Thanks
