Purchased a skirt, order went through and took my money however the next day I was told it was out of stock. I was emailed saying I could exchange however after reading the terms and conditions I learnt that I was viable for a refund. After trying to contact the company I received the same email saying that it was out of stock. Absolute scam do not buy from lookbookoutlet.com

I wish I read reviews before I put a order in i purchased two dresses thankfully via pay pal I recieved a packaged the next week i thought wow great service .. i proceeded to open the package to find two skirts I dont believe this could be human error any one to in fashion retail would know if there sending a skirt when the order said dress . So I proceeded to CV all the shop and email them so nicely stated I'm happy to send the skirt back either for a refund or exchange to the dresses I actually ordered but unfortunately no body bothered to contact me so it's been 4 weeks and I have a claim via paypal to try and get my money back . Please before purchasing from these guys think twice

Outrageous prices for cheap knock off. Bought online does not fit, no way to return for a refund. Called the number and there’s no service. Item looks good on the site, horribley cheap in real life. I think these are sold on eBay for $5

TOTAL SCAM!! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! I made the mistake of ordering a nice-looking bikini from one of their Facebook adverts. It took more than two weeks to arrive and when it did, it was horrible cheap tat, nasty material, very poor quality, and fell apart while trying it on. The strap pinged right off when I put it over my shoulder! I contacted the company to request a refund and was told by Danielle that it needed to be returned within 8 days of purchase, in its original packaging, unopened and unused in order to get a refund! How you're supposed to return an item within 8 days of ordering, when it takes more than 2 weeks to arrive, and how you're supposed to try on clothes without opening the packaging I don't know?! I explained this, but was simply told that that is their returns policy and there's nothing they could do about it, but if I returned the item, they could give me store credit. Clearly this would be no good to me, as I wouldn't want to buy any more of their cheap, nasty tat. I'm just glad I paid through Paypal, as I have now escalated it to them and hope they will be able to resolve it for me. This company needs to be investigated for fraud. Complete scam artists. Avoid at all costs!

Purchased a bikini from a Facebook ad (should have know). Stated in my email confirmation it would arrive in 2-8 days. A month later, I received it. In the description, it stated it was a “push up”, yet had 0 padding. It actually had two elastic bands on the top and bottom, in which smashed the goods down! Anyways, things happen when you buy online, but I wanted to know how to return it. Danielle had stated in order to return, it has to be within 8 days of purchase and unopened. Well, I received it 20 days after purchase, and I’m not sure how I would know that I needed to return a clothing item without opening the package. Overal, horrible customer service. I purchase a lot online, and this site will never get my business again. Also, beware that their products come straight from a China address. I’m not sure they even know what projects they are selling!

I placed an order on December 1, 2017 as a Christmas gift. Almost 2 MONTHS LATER I still HAVE NOT RECEIVED my order. Communications with the company have been NO HELP! I can see by the Tracking that it has been sitting in NY since December 14th!! A request for a refund has yet to be fulfilled. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH LOOKBOOK STORE.COM !!!

I'm not sure what to do next. Dress significantly not as described, looked worn, clip at back had come loose and fraying to hem, little white hairs all over. Have tried to contact the store by phone and email for a return for over a week now with no reply. Have had to open a claim through Paypal.

This company should be shut down. If I would of known it was a Chinese company I would if never ordered from them. NOT true to size, the material is VERY CHEAP, DOES NOT LOOK LIKE THE PICTURES. I feel like I was scammed and reading from all the rest of the reviews looks like I'll be paying more to return it. What a waste of time and money down the drain. DO NOT buy from them. It's terrible. If I could rate you a 0 out of 5 I would.
