Great products and service! Take care if issyes quickly!

I had a question regarding a issue with a Lookah device that was out of warranty. I contacted Lookah and they were quick to respond and help me with the situation by replacing the device at no charge! I've had nothing but pleasant experiences with The Company Lookah. I genuinely recommend Lookah. Thank you for being professional and pleasant.

I have bought several products from this company and I had some issues and they were taken care of with no problems what so ever. They take care of the customer and even reimburse for shipping.

Honestly the customer service from Lookah blew me out of the water with how quick and professional their response time was. They not only helped me set up a return/exchange easily but also compensated me for the shipping cost. They were helpful and were understanding of my situation. I love all the Lookah products I have had so far, my guitar and snail but my favorite had to be the Lookah dragon egg. I love their products and hope to see the great quality and service continue.

I love their products but there is a mystery regarding the use, and maintenance. It’s obvious if you are looking that nectar collector tips/coils are crucial to the function of the vaporizers.The documentation recommends cleaning coils after use but does not describe the cleaning process. I do not believe the included “brush” fits any part of my Seahorse King. Since I only had YouTube vids to learn about the unit, I ended up ruining the coils. I go to the Lookah site and they can’t even describe the products they sell. Hire a damn professional instead of your dumbass brother in law To maintain your website. Whoever designs your products is very cool. Everyone else at Lookah sucks!

Let me start by saying I've never had an issue with their products, it's their service and deception that I take issue with. Lookah has the worst shipping practices I've seen at a company. It's been 5 days and my order still hasn't shipped, and I specifically purchased express shipping. The fact that you can't leave a review on the website, but can read reviews from various people is highly concerning. You should not be able to pick and choose the reviews show, that is deceptive. Even as a verified buyer I can't leave a review. It's a shame I love the products, because I have to find another company that values customer service and honors what they advertise.
