Lunch on.7/10/2024 Waldorf.md location Meal and server very good. But.as we were waiting.for.our check, the table across.from us was being.cleared While.taking the dishes away the cleaner dropped a.dish.on the floor, sending what was in the dish all.over the booth.and floor,.A.few.minutes later.a.halfhearted attempt.was.made.to. clean it up, they did not even wash the floor.properly, they.put a caution.cone.there.but it was still very.slippery People were still.walking thru and on the very messy.floor As.far.as.I am.concerned, this was.a.huge safety.issue At this point I would.give the.person.in charge a zero

July 6 I was told to call 1 hour ahead of time I called when I called they told me if I don’t be there at 7 for the table If someone else came they would get the table got there 10 minutes ahead then I was told I couldn’t be seated at the table until 6 people were there okay fine I also ask could we ge another table added it was fine so when everyone showed up the waiters got our drank order never once said it was a problem about the amount of people we sitting waiting outta know where a rude ass manger came up got loud with us other people in the restaurant stopped eating to focus what he was saying to us it was all out embarrassing like we was in the wrong I guess because we were a table full of black people then we waited for our food forever never got it no one came to check on us or anything My whole birthday dinner was ruined I’m highly upset lake city fl

I felt like a good steak the other night and tried to choose from the following steak house's in Topeka. Longhorn, Texas Roadhouse, and North star steak house. Texas Roadhouse has good food but way to loud for my taste. I love the North Star but was farther distance and didn't feel like getting dressed up as I feel it desires a more dressed attire. So I chose Longhorn. The 12oz rib eye was tough! I ordered it medium which it was cooked but still tough and the baked potato was the size of a golf ball. Salad was good staff excellent. But I didn't go to just eat a salad and experience the staff, I wanted a good steak and they let me down. I should have chosen North Star or Roadhouse.

Hello my name is Carlos Armstrong, My daughter was having a birthday dinner and chose the longhorn steakhouse at 9900 S I10 Frontage road 78748 in Austin Tx. We traveled from San Antonio to provide her with a dinner at the restaurant she wanted to go do. Our vehicle was broken into, my wife’s purse was stolen, this place had no lights, no security cameras, and we paid almost $400 for dinners we didn’t even eat. The manager had no compassion about our situation, the police won’t even make a report for 14 days. My wife and I have been married for 28 years, the very first wedding ring I purchased for her was stolen out of that vehicle and the keys to my wife’s mini van were also stolen that we have to get new sets of keys to and reprogrammed. This was the most expensive dinner with all our losses ever. I am really hurt and disappointed by the reaction from the longhorn staff concerning this incident. We worked really hard for our money and don’t deserve to get it taken like that as a result of lack of security/surveillance or lighting. I don’t write many reviews, but I am writing this review because I am watching my wife cry her eyes out right now. So my advice to anyone that wants to visit this location I would think twice and take my money elsewhere because the money over people is not a good look. But if you decide to visit this location just remember our story. And when I spoke to the manager he stated that this happens all the time. My son was there, he called one of his friends and they stated the same thing happened to them at the same location 6months earlier. So it seems to be a common occurrence at this location and the owners of this establishment don’t seem to be doing anything to curtail this type of activity. God is still a good god, god 1st and may god bless everyone in these turbulent times, very heartbroken. This is the first time we've had an issue with Longhorn Steakhouse. They've done very well up until yesterday 6.2.24. My wife ordered lamb chops for the first time. Never again. The reason I am complaining in light of the fact that they usually do well is due to the fact that these dinners have a cost beyond what you pay. The time we take to get the meal and then when you have to throw it away because you can't eat it is unacceptable.

Let me start by saying I love Longhorn. I frequently go to the freehold location. But on May 22, 2024 it was not good. My son and I had the same entrée. The redrock shrimp. We were both violently ill the next day. Just wanted to let them know that they may have an issue with the seafood. So sad about this.

Just picked up a $53.00 order for me and my husband and after eating a couple of bites of my salad I noticed a quite large black spec . When I looked on the lettuce I noticed it was a hard shelled black bug. Could not eat the rest of our food. Not trying to start trouble but I don’t believe the lettuce had been washed or maybe it was….nevertheless there was a bug. Longhorn Steakhouse on Hwy 27 in Somerset Ky.
