I got my logo and files associated with it... after 2 months. Even though the project manager in charge has always been very polite, I can't count the amount of amateur mistakes/errors they did, and that's what caused the delay. They constantly ignored my needs, I repeated myself so often, they kept sending the wrong files, once the logo was completed they sent twice a set of files which was an old concept, and so on. I could've learned how to design my logo in less time I lost telling them what was wrong, asking for changes to be made, asking for good files... I complained to the support team almost a week ago and they're ignoring me ever since. I paid an extra 9$ for a business card design but I won't go further with that as I can design it in less time on Vistaprint. I told them...they didn't offer to refund that 9$. I won't do business with them again.

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE! The customer service is terrible. They were nonresponsive, sent me the wrong logo, changed the colors with out me saying so, and I didn't receive the icon that they were supposed to design. Again, do not use these company.

They talked me into upgrading my order, then I haven't heard anything. Even their support email is no longer functional. I would avoid and find somewhere reputable.
