Logo Venture provided the exact expertise I needed to get my logo created. The team leader was an excellent point person who provided timely responses and helped me tease out the key elements to create a unique representation of my idea. I'm excited about my logo and look forward to using it in various mediums to represent my new brand. I've already recommended Logo Venture to friends.

Initially they give logos which were very bad kind of lot which you can get from searching online, so I was a bit anoid. But we had couple of revisions and they were giving revisions per our discussion and adding some nice things and finally I was able to get excellent logo. I think they are good for the price they are charging and they can not do a good job until we work with them. At the end I highly recommend them.

Affordable design work without compromising quality. Great communication throughout the process and a wide variety of logo designs to consider. Would recommend.

As with many of the other reviews, my main frustration was with the sales pitch, delays and misleading information. Not a great customer experience. Prior to signing up, I spent some time on webchats confirming what I would be receiving, that everything was editable/scaleable and that I would have full copyright. I was told yes, yes and yes (although the words used were '100% ownership rights'). In my original brief I provided some information around a symbol I would like to see in the logo and mentioned I wanted copyright. After receiving the initial designs, I even provided an example of something I'd mocked up myself using the symbol. Both times, the requested symbol was totally ignored. I had to follow up several times and often only some of my questions were answered. After agreeing on the final design, I was offered copyright and '21-ready-to-use artwork' designs at a cost of ONLY $399. When I replied with the details of my webchat stating that I had no intention of paying for copyright, I was told that 'full ownership' and 'copyright' are different. I was told this information isn't mentioned upfront as they don't always know when a client wants it. What a load of rubbish - I asked right at the beginning! I was also told the logos could be edited using 'free' design software that I could download. Well, the free (?) software is a 7-day trial version and is more suited for designers and not the average individual. Again, misleading information! I am happy with the final design, but it took 18 days from signing up to delivery of the final files.

The designers are very professional, I love the designs. They truly gave me exactly what I wanted!! 10/10!!!

Honestly, I have not one bad thing to say about the quality of the work they produce. I will say, however, that I had to reach out more than once to receive my final revisions in the format I paid for, which I did not like. During the design process, I was in contact with my designer every day or so, but as soon as I selected the final draft of the logo I was set on, there was no response for a week. This made it very hard to time operations for my new business like sending my logo out for t-shirts, business sign, and promotional flyers. After reaching out and calling every day for a week, I finally received the logos. It did not come easy as I had to continuously decline tons of offers for things they kept trying to sell me and that I really had no interest in. All in all, I did end up happy and excited about my logo - hence why I've rated them 4 stars - however, be wary of sales and delays.

Had a great experience with Logo Venture! Guys out there are very cooperative and talented. I would certainly choose them again for my future projects.
