Logo VentureReviews of logoventure.com

First of all, and most important.... Loved my Logo!!! Sean Clark put together a good team, and they were very easy to work with. My tip to you, is be as specific, as possible, when describing what it is you want, and what you Don't want. Don't be afraid to ask questions. It's a fun process. If you need a Logo..... I highly recommend Logo Venture.

Sean Clark and Logoventure went above and beyond in terms of customer service and designing an incredible logo for my daughters hockey team. They were quick to solve the technical problems I was having on my end and were able to deliver the logo in quick order. I would highly recommend Sean and the team at Logoventure. Logo Venture was awesome. The logo concepts were ready in 48 hours, and they were exactly what I had asked for. I also had a wonderful account manager by the name of Sean Clark who helped me pick the best one out of the logo concepts they sent me.

I was very excited to get started and see my first designs within 48-72 hours. I did not hear back from anyone for two weeks so I reached out to initiate contact and was apologized to. Designs started to come flowing in and I did not care for numerous ones (even after describing my business, I felt like my business name was just being thrown on other previous proofs that did not get accepted by former clients. There were a few that really did have potential so we worked with those and I asked to see different colors and would comment back with very detailed feedback. I ended up receiving numerous proofs that did not even go on the logo I wanted to move forward with and was then told that since I was at 30+ revisions I would be charged extra. The package option I purchased (along with all others I believe) come with unlimited revisions. I brought this to the attention of the individual I was in contact with and he said that fair usage policy applies. So, basically because I was taking up a lot of their time the unlimited really did not seem to apply to me anymore and so I presented a photo of a conversation that I was told previously I have unlimited redraws and proofs (so pretty much the fair usage policy is a load of crap) and I felt that they were just trying to get extra money out of me. Don't advertise unlimited if it is not unlimited. All I did was nicely say thank you and was responded to saying that he made it happen without the extra charge (because I had proof of the previous conversation), but I should be more clear in my feedback so we can get this done in a timely manner. Like on their website they say they will work with you until you are happy and satisfied with your design and they will do whatever it takes, but to be honest I was completely dissatisfied with the service after that. I really do love my new logo, but I feel it was rushed and felt I was disrespected, almost like I was an inconvenience for them to work with. I feel I should get paid for having to deal with this... They do good work; I will give them that. However, the customer service aspect of it was very disappointing and will turn me away from ever recommending them or working with them again in the future.

What an experience! The logos for me to choose from were extremely professional and they were in my inbox promptly. The revising was easy and fast as well. They listened to my requests and executed them beautifully. I highly recommend this service. You won't be sorry and your logo will be stunning

Great layout and design.

No matter what I asked for I received. They took my vision and made it a reality. WOW Great Job I love it.

Extremely happy with the final product along with great customer service!
