They create such amazing logo designs

Jeff the project manager was great, however, I feel the designers lack creativity and have trouble following the design brief.

I love the price, quality and fast-turnaround of initial logo concepts. I don't love the hard sell to upgrade to a more expensive package once you choose a logo. When I declined to pay more for other logo formats, the sales person became a bit abrasive and rude. I assured him that the jpeg was all we needed for our six-week little local promotion and he assured me that it WAS NOT all we needed and then he said, "But I'll let you discover that on your own." That's not the way to talk to customers - even those who are only paying $39.

It's unfortunate that one person in customer service can take an otherwise very good experience and ruin it. After being notified, Logo Venture resolved it to my satisfaction. After the fact, they did all they could. Absolutely the worst customer service. Avoid at all costs

Received great service in design work. Have struggled with unreasonable delays in receiving my final files. It shouldn't take several days to receive my final files.

I'm pleased with how my website turned out, but getting my feedback incorporated into revisions wasn't a smooth process. Despite providing clear feedback with images and text descriptions, there were times when my requests weren't implemented at all or not completely implemented which essentially made the duration of the project longer than I anticipated.

I was very excited to get started and see my first designs within 48-72 hours. I did not hear back from anyone for two weeks so I reached out to initiate contact and was apologized to. Designs started to come flowing in and I did not care for numerous ones (even after describing my business, I felt like my business name was just being thrown on other previous proofs that did not get accepted by former clients. There were a few that really did have potential so we worked with those and I asked to see different colors and would comment back with very detailed feedback. I ended up receiving numerous proofs that did not even go on the logo I wanted to move forward with and was then told that since I was at 30+ revisions I would be charged extra. The package option I purchased (along with all others I believe) come with unlimited revisions. I brought this to the attention of the individual I was in contact with and he said that fair usage policy applies. So, basically because I was taking up a lot of their time the unlimited really did not seem to apply to me anymore and so I presented a photo of a conversation that I was told previously I have unlimited redraws and proofs (so pretty much the fair usage policy is a load of crap) and I felt that they were just trying to get extra money out of me. Don't advertise unlimited if it is not unlimited. All I did was nicely say thank you and was responded to saying that he made it happen without the extra charge (because I had proof of the previous conversation), but I should be more clear in my feedback so we can get this done in a timely manner. Like on their website they say they will work with you until you are happy and satisfied with your design and they will do whatever it takes, but to be honest I was completely dissatisfied with the service after that. I really do love my new logo, but I feel it was rushed and felt I was disrespected, almost like I was an inconvenience for them to work with. I feel I should get paid for having to deal with this... They do good work; I will give them that. However, the customer service aspect of it was very disappointing and will turn me away from ever recommending them or working with them again in the future.
