All my products are high quality and my logo was perfect

This is my second order with logo up after the products they delivered the first time were such good quality of the product.

The products always show up as promised. I am a little disappointed in the production time. My last order was a repeat order and took longer than the 12-18 business day production time. Great products and response from the LogoUp team, but you need to plan ahead for products if you want them in the near future. On average I have seen a 5-6 week turn around time; from the time the order is placed until it is delivered.

LogoUp.com is using false advertising on their Facebook ads. They show a red beanie hat for $7.99 in the ad. The hat colors shown in the ad actually cost $12.99. Out of 23 available colors, only 6 colors actually cost $7.99 & none of those discounted colors are shown in their ads. When I pointed this out with screenshots in Facebook comments to their ads, their reply was "Hi there, it is unbelievable how you are spending your time trolling our page. Please do not engage with us anymore. Thank you".

Better than expected!

My experience has been terrible with this company. Slow service, unwillingness to address problems with the order, lack of notification of response to complaint. They advertise satisfaction but provide anything but satisfaction. I was unhappy with the quality and material of my order and they would do nothing about it. I will not do further business with this company.

Products look great with Fair Prices!

I’m not sure if there are enough wonderful things I can say about Jai and his team over at LogoUp!!! He’s been so helpful with all of my orders for our business, prompt and professional. Not to mention, he ALWAYS does it with a smile on his face! We just picked up a big order for an event we’re having and he made awesome suggestions to hand out! Sunglasses, chapsticks, t-shirts, water bottles, etc. Our logo always comes out beautifully on everything. I like to leave our orders up to Jai, he ALWAYS knows what product my logo is going to look best on and what the best options are for whatever event, store or purpose I need it for. There isn’t a product that he sells that he’s not 100% versed on, whether it be the textures of the shirts or the dimensions of a product. He is always thoughtful towards our budget as well. Which as any business owner can attest to, budget is everything. I recommend Jai and LogoUp to everyone who asks (and even those who don’t! Lol) They’re just a great company to work with, they go above and beyond any expectations you could possibly have for your company swag, uniforms, etc. Jai and his team have a loyal customer for life!! Thanks LogoUp!! You’re the best!!
