Lofty has helped lower the barrier to entry for real estate investing. I have been investing through their platform for the last year now and have nothing but great things to say about the team. They’ve held my hand the whole way and always act in good faith. Shoutout to Max, Luis, and the Patricks(all of them!)

I've been investing with Lofty for the past year - since their 2nd property was listed - and am currently getting daily rent income at 9.2%+ Cash-on-Cash. As a "real" Real Estate Investor and landlord with (currently) 8 rental properties, I use Lofty as another way to diversify my investments. They are the first platform to allow ANY person to invest in Real Estate without having to have a large amount of cash/capital - all you need is $50 - but also unique in the ability to have your investments fully liquid, without any "early withdrawal" fees. Their support has been incredible and they are very open and transparent with their business.

A game changing way to invest in real estate for the common person. The founders have been very transparent and focused on taking feedback and requests from the community. Customer service experience has been great!
