I have found the platform to be user friendly and easy to access lot of data regarding the listed properties. The decision making is easier with inspection reports, sale history, price projection reports etc. The platform lists properties frequently and thus giving opportunity for buyers to compare between many listed properties. The rent paid is in daily accrual form and hence gives a sense of security for buyers when invested in a particular property. The platform regularly keeps informing buyers of upcoming properties to listed via email and upcoming tab on the website. I would highly recommend everyone to try the website for a small investment and build on the experience gained from the platform for further investments.
