"Lofty" is a very good platform if you are interested to invest in tokenized real estate! They will allow you to own a portion of tokenized properties, instead of having to put up a lot of money up front! I strongly recommend "Lofty" to anybody!!!

Solid listing site that is a pioneer in the fractional RE space. Technology is there, limited listings. Do your own due diligence because the majority of investors on any platform are quite unintelligent then blame the platform for issues of their own making. This is an active real estate platform, not passive.
