Good quality products, not that cheap (apples to apples Aliexpress has cheaper ones) shipping from china . Their customer service is non responsive. I asked them a question twice but got no answer.

Most of their cages are beginner-friendly. Soft and easy to install. These cages can be worn all day.

How on Earth this company has so many positive reviews is beyond me. This site advertises quick 2-day shipping which is misleading. The product ships within two days from CHINA! It’a been almost 3 weeks and I still have not got my product. It shows moving through the system but VERY slowly. I will never order from this company again!

Ordered the wrong size my first time, which is on me. When I ordered a smaller size however, they sent me the wrong size by mistake. Okay that's fine, things happen... except when I contacted them, their response was to have me keep the product I was clearly unsatisfied with and offer a measly 30% refund. They've wasted my time and money, then I still have to pay for it. I don't even get the product I ordered. Will definitely not be ordering from them again. I don't recommend.
