Product never delivered order # LTC214195841 Email to them not delivered

Quick arrival and easy purchase.

Oh my word!! Firstly, they claim they are a UK company, but the say they are American, shipping takes 2 days but actually takes 3 weeks and the badly packaged item arrives in a beaten cardboard box, no packing, rattling around and the outside of the box is clearly CHINESE. I was fortunate, (ish) the item ordered was new and clean, though missing some essential components, and that’s where the fun minigame really kicks in. You can only email them, and they email back within a day or so, assuring you it will all be ok ( Very CHINESE) You in list your issue and press send, you then get a review your experience email. Some days later, your ticket number gets an email asking what they can do to help, you answer, and then get a review your experience email. Days pass, and the process rolls on exactly the same. I wrote “ can I make contact with a human rather than a bot” and a different email came through, asking if I can send pictures, sent a jpeg, although not sure what that proved?! Then review your experience email. Days pass, email “can’t open please upload to drop box” I refused and the answered the review your experience email. Days pass and then an email, we can confirm you received your deliver!!?! I said “I never intimated otherwise, and reminded them I had sent a picture of the received item!” Answered the review your experience email. DP another email asking “how can we help!” Going a smidgen dolally, I ask them what the point is as they are clearly not going to do anything to help, and answered the review your experience email with a scathing review The product I received was beautifully made, but is completely useless as it’s missing parts and I am looking forward to levelling up on the minigame in a few days time Best advice? Avoid.

Excellent Service. Great Range of Products. Discreet Service which is great.

Overall my experience was great,, great selection, friendly and knowledgeable staff, shipping was quick quality product, product exactly matched the description, very satisfied, chastity cage fits securely and double locked ,

Very disappointed with this business as they don’t have any form of customer warranty, and don’t even care if they are breaking consumer law. I had bought an Estim cage from them which started to fail around 2 months old, but they just hide behind a 30 day warranty. My advice is avoid at all costs as you would be better shopping around.

Maybe I should have read the reviews first. It may be a small thing, but don’t advertise 2 day shipping when you mean a week.

I was a little unsure about this site but tried it out anyway. Ordered from the co.uk site and there's a great selection. Got an email a week after my order was confirmed saying that one of the items was no longer available and I could either wait or choose something else. I choose a different product and was asked about colour. After I replied I heard nothing for a few days just to then be told that that product was no longer available either (both items were still listed as available on the site but was told that it was due to the system not having been updated to show them out of stock). Then choose the red and black Total Denial in Resin cage. Took a bit of getting used to trying to put together but eventually did it. Went to sleep and woke up to find the cage came apart. Didn't try it again for some time but tried it again today and again it came apart. Bought the Locked Sissy Kit and it pinches a little but stays together and flattens your package greatly
